I visit this shop every time I come to Penzance (every year). The staff are knowledgeable about the products in store and always happy to advise.
I am sad to hear that the store is closing down. A sign of the times I guess….

Great service, shame the store is closing down
My purchase was easy, I had a message to collect from store and the collection was easy too. The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. I was disappointed to hear that the store was closing down so might not have long to do the same again.

Great service from Matt at the Penzance Store
I’d been looking for a new pair of walking shoes in various shops around London for ages with no luck and I’d almost resigned myself to making do with my old ones as it had been a real chore. I popped into the Penzance store for a quick look as I hadn’t seen a Millets shop anywhere for a long time and managed to find the perfect fit in a style that I liked the look of, thanks entirely to the patience and knowledge of Matt. I’ll definitely go back if I need something the next time I’m in Penzance as both of the staff that day made shopping a pleasant experience.

Great service from Matt yesterday choosing my new Merrell walking shoes. Tried a few possibles on with Matt’s advice and guidance and settled on the best pair for the job. Would have been two pairs but my wife needs a half size which couldn’t be accommodated in store. Good bit of humour and banter with Matt made the experience pleasurable as well as successful 😊👍🏻👏👏👏

Waterproof Coat
Needed to buy a waterproof coat, Matt @ Gina were friendly, polite,( had a good laugh with both) they went out of their way to assist. We will definitely be going back there again. (Larry RN)

Nice boots, sensibly priced compass
Great service, very friendly staff. Matt helped me choose some new ladies hiking boots specifically to climb a hill with. oh and a very reasonable compass.
