Meeting Joe was such a pleasure. He is enthusiastic whilst remaining friendly but professional. Any questions he did not have an answer for he said he would find out. Coming to find me lost in Four Acre Estate was a Godsend. He is an intelligent young man who obviously enjoys his work and I would say is an excellent estate agent plus an asset for Minors and Brady. I went on the market with Minors and Brady about a year ago, for a short time, and came off with them after they blatantly lied to me.
We had made it quite clear before we even went on the market with Minors and Brady that we would only do viewings for people that were on the market or sold, which he agreed to as he said he didn’t want to waste time having to travel if they weren’t proceedable.
I had a phone call from a negotiator asking to book an appointment. I asked him what the interested parties position was, he got me to hold for a while whilst he checked and came back to me saying he lived in a street on the estate where I live, and gave me the street name. He said they are on with another agent, but couldn’t remember who it was! But he knows they had a lots of viewings booked for that weekend so they expected them to have an offer by the end of the weekend.
I agreed to the viewing and when I came off the phone I checked rightmove and there wasn’t one house for sale or sold in this streetI so it was obvious that the person WASN'T on the market so obviously couldn’t have had a load of viewings booked in and certainly wasn’t going to have an offer by the end of the weekend! I rang and cancelled the appointment and told them to explain to the people, that wanted to view, why I had cancelled it as they had lied to me. I said if I can’t trust you to tell me the truth about something simple like this how can I trust you to walk around my house so I came off the market with them.
We recently went on the market with another agent and I had a phone call from Minors and Brady in Dereham, to ask how the viewings were going. I can see why he got a job at Minors and Brady rather than in the acting field! He went on to dramatise how surprised he was that we hadn’t had many viewings. I said I wasn’t because everyone knows across the market it is very quiet, the same houses in our price range were still on the market that were on before we went on. He then added he was surprised because he had just sold a 5 bed round the corner from us, which he felt wasn’t as nice as ours, for £5,000 above the guide price (which was the same guide price as ours), and then went on to lie that over the last
couple of weeks they have managed to get them lots of viewings.
I really stupidly thought that they wouldn’t lie again after last time, but I would check out what he said, so we booked an appointment for them to pop round a week later, giving me a chance to check his story out.
I knocked on this persons door, who was lovely, and she was fuming as one they hadn’t sold it, it was still up for sale so she hadn’t received an offer £5,000 over the market price and she hasn’t had many viewings through them either.
She was also very unhappy with Minors ans Brady and is going to come off the market with them.
I would have thought the publicity this bunch of crooks have received recently you would have thought they are doing everything by the book to build a decent relationship not absolutely blatantly lie to customers to get business
Also the fact I caught them out lying once before to me, they really wouldn’t be that stupid to do it again but that just shows you the respect they have for customers
I would never use this bunch of liars and certainly would not recommend them as what they say cannot be trusted

Rather concerning that you are not aware that a Jason from your operations team contacted me yesterday, after reading one of my Facebook reviews and was really more interested in me taking the honest review down rather than dealing with the matter. You have my details and if you are really that interested in resolving the matter then perhaps you should contact me. However there isn’t really anything to resolve at my end, the damage has been done and you would certainly not get a third chance with me even if you paid me to go on the market with you! Perhaps you should also read all the comments on my post on Facebook as it seems this isn’t a one or should a two off incident, but seems pretty systemic within your company throughout the departments. It is not the way to operate, but it is obviously the way the staff are trained as it isn’t one individual but seems across the board. Out of all the reviews I received across 3 posts, I had one positive feedback, which if I was running the company I certainly would be worried about. I have heard some pretty horrific feedback which just concretes that we had a lucky escape not using you. However I had many positive feedback posts for Homework’s so just shows it can be done!

We had a great experience with Minors and Brady as first time buyers. Particularly a great service from Jessica in the after sales team. She gave frequent updates and was able to support me when I was finding things stressful.

Booking the viewing was easy. Fin did a fantastic walk round of the property with me. Prior to the start he went over the particulars, he'd really done his homework which was brilliant. He's gone back to the vendor with a few questions from me.

I was helped by Sam or Samuel C in lettings and he was extremely helpful and kind. He was clear and concise when explaining each step of the lettings process, I would definitely recommend him and minors and Brady in general for any lettings inquiries or concerns.

Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable, and kindly squeezed an appointment in last minute.
