We have had a surprisingly great experience buying through minors and Brady, just to say- people always say that it’s a difficult process. We really appreciated the viewings we got on short notice and how the team helped us answer questions about our property, sort a survey fast and communicate with the sellers. Anya Bunn was amazing and got our sale sorted from her end as fast as she could. Also a mention to Ellen who showed us round twice- and was lovely and very helpful. There have been a few things that have needed attention recently, and these have been adressed quickly, and I blieve that this has been because Holly has been great. We have just completed our first house purchase, and Maddie and Adam at Minors and Brady were extremely helpful with the whole experience. They chased solicitors daily, spoke to the seller and helped to bring the completion date forward (which was amazing as we are expecting our first child any day now), and were always quick to respond to our emails and calls. We are very appreciative of their efforts and are very excited for this next chapter of our lives. Thank you Maddie and Adam.

Selling my house was extremely easy with minor and Brady. I really cannot fault the service but what really made the difference to me was Claire in the after sales team. She was absolutely incredible. We kept in constant communication, but she did not pressurise me once, she kept my buyers up to date throughout the whole process. Claire you are a diamond so thank you for everything you did to help me get this over the line.
