The whole process was made smoother by Minors and Brady. From the viewing on a bank holiday, to help throughout the whole after sales period. Anya was incredibly helpful and answered any queries and negotiations between the seller and myself.

Originally, we placed the marketing of our flat in Norwich with a well-known agency. We live in Germany, so effective communication was very important to us. Over the following three months, the agency failed to arouse much interest in the property, and communication with us was virtually non-existent.
At the end of the agreement, we engaged Minors and Brady and immediately noticed a significant improvement in all respects. Suddenly there were people interested in viewing the flat and, especially importantly for us, communication was excellent. We were always kept well informed about the situation, and Connie made useful suggestions that enabled us to make the flat more attractive to potential buyers. After only 7 weeks, we had a buyer. Connie then helped us to find a conveyancing solicitor. Then Alicia took over and accompanied us through to completion. Once again, communication with us was outstanding, with regular updates and prompt assistance.

I would give Ayse 10 stars if I could. From start to finish, the service I received was first class with regular updates and a ‘can do’ approach.

We have been dealing with Minors & Brady for the last few weeks and have had nothing but good experiences.
Most recently we were showing around a property by Izzie. She was really friendly and knowledgeable about the property. She gave us a courtesy call to let us know she was stuck in traffic, the same traffic we had also been stuck in, and when she arrived was very apologetic (though she didn’t need to be!).
She answered all our questions and even though we were a last minute appointment that was squeezed in, she didn’t make up feel rushed at all.
Very helpful and a lovely experience.

I don’t live in Norfolk so didn’t know any Estate Agents but am so pleased that I chose Miles and Brady in May to sell my brother’s house. Anya Bunn was the person I dealt with and she kept me informed from the moment the house was sold right up to completion. She was extremely efficient and very helpful throughout the whole process. If I had a query or problem she dealt with it immediately.

I'm really glad I chose Minors and Brady to sell my house. Their service was excellent especially Julia Pauluch who literally chased the whole chain on a weekly basis so I knew where we were in the process the whole time. She was also brilliant at keeping the communication clear between myself and my buyer.

Minors and Brady were fantastic when dealing with my sale and subsequent purchase. I cannot fault them from start to finish. From the initial valuation, through to progression to sale, the service was exemplary. What really was impressive was being allocated a specific after sales advisor, Louise Simms, whose diligence and communication really helped my sale and purchase both progress to completion. I couldn't recommend them higher. I must also say thank you to Karol, Abi and Lara, who where equally as fantastic in their roles throughout the process.

I cannot rate Minors & Brady highly enough, especially our aftersales progressor Aysegul Capti. She was amazing! Kept us updated every step of the way, checked in with us weekly to let us know everything was running smoothly, would explain anything I didn't understand, she would chase up the solicitors when needed and was just all round brilliant. I would use Minors and Brady again if it meant Aysegul was on the case and in our corner helping us out :)

Louise in the after care team has been exceptional, shouldering a lot of the stress and working tirelessly to get everything done on time!

Claire Wilson went above and beyond during the lengthy purchase process (February 'til August) and minimised the stress greatly by keeping us informed of any progress being made, however minor. She was very understanding of the sensitive circumstances surrounding the purchase and her reassurance was hugely appreciated. Thank you, Claire.

Minors and Brady have provided an excellent, professional service in selling my property. Due to issues with the lower chain, the process has taken longer than expected - despite this, I have had regular, consistent, supportive communication from M&B, where we have regrouped on strategy and options throughout. I would particularly like to thank Cassandra Creak in aftersales. Cass has been really helpful - keeping me well informed and going the extra mile, I am very grateful - we got there in the end!
