From the first visit to the final sale minors & Brady were exceptional. Ryan’s valuation and negotiating vwith the buyer was great & Cassandra’s regular updates and question answering was first class.

Connor - extremely helpful
Today my partner and I went to view a property in Caister-on-sea. Loved the property and location. Conner showed us around and was extremely helpful. I personally would be grateful if in the future we continue working with him. He’s an asset to the company. We have been liaising with him through the Lowestoft Branch but I think he goes to Oulton Broads as well.

Genuinely the best estate agents I have…
Genuinely the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. You maybe thinking with right move and Zoopla what am I paying an estate agent for? Well I’ll tell you: Minors and Brady photos are excellent the photographer will stay as long as you need and even redid some photos again once the sun came out. Have a look online and I bet the house that catch you eye are minors and Brady. But the real reason to choose them comes once you have found a buyer and/or a house you want to buy. The sales progression team are genuinely mean difference of months of stress and delays. We all know how bad the solicitors are when moving house. The team will chase them for you and hold them to account. The progression team are on your side, knowledgeable and professional. They are the reason you should choose this estate agent over all others. Particularly Aysegul, without whom i don’t think we would have ever moved!!!
