I'd like to thank a few people at Minors&Brady for their continual assistance and good communication. Firstly Holly because she fast tracks any maintenance issues we have at the property and that's just fantastic and needed because we live in an old building from the Victorian era so it needs regular maintenance so thank you Holly for the assist/support.

Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional, special mentions for James who carried out the valuation, Joe who made a visit to my parents to get the agreement signed and Lara the aftersales progressor. 4 weeks from offer to exchange of contracts, can't ask for much more than that!

We dealt with this company as buyers and were singularly unimpressed. In the earlier stages of purchasing a house through them they did not always respond and throughout the process nothing happened unless we took the initiative. They seemed uninterested in the purchase - and this in a relatively quiet market. They were unhelpful unless one put pressure on them. When we arrived at their offices to collect the keys - two hours after completion!- they had not yet updated their system, and did not know that completion had taken place. If this is how they treat buyers one wonders how they deal with sellers. We would definitely never use them.

I viewed a property for claire spreadbury and connor was so accommodating and professional it was a very pleasant experience!!!

Jessica Kemp was my point of contact throughout the transaction even though we had a long chain and it took a few months to complete Jess was always on hand with a update and chasing up the chain for info.

We had 4 valuations done in one day from different estate agents Tristan from minors & Brady impressed the most was down to earth & didn’t give us any false illusions. Once the property was sold then had Jessica Kemp who explained in normal terms what was happening & kept us informed all the way through to completion she didn’t rush/push when she rang she was just there in this day and age that is a rare thing as they say courtesy & civility goes a long way manners cost nothing so too all the staff at M&B thank you very much & carry on doing what you are doing coz it works
