The engineer advised me the night before of exact appointment time. Courtney arrived on time, and had kept me informed with the timing. I was impressed with the fact before he stepped into the house he’d put on carpet protection slip ons.
He explained what the problem was and options for fixing.
He did the job, confirmed with me the temperature of the water and left the place clean.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service! Sebastian was fast, honest, and incredibly helpful when our shower broke. We were expecting to pay £280 for a replacement, but he reminded us to look for the receipt and check whether it was still under the 5-year warranty. Luckily, we found it, and he fixed it for free. He could easily have just charged us, but he went out of his way to save us money. Honest, professional, and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a shower repair. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service from Ben in the South West, travelling from Exeter. My Mira shower was fixed on this first visit. Ben is such a lovely lad. Very polite, professional, respectful and tidy. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. I totally recommend Mira showers for this fantastic customer service.
