MIRA Opera Shower
MIRA Opera - Having reported the minor fault to MIRA, the customer service team were very professional and polite, having discussed the issue and an appointment was made for an engineer to attend. On the appointment day we were kept updated via Text messages with his arrival and name. On arrival the engineer ( Dale ) was very knowledgeable and repaired the fault very promptly giving an explanation of the work he had done, before he left he demonstrated the working shower and the terms of future warranty claim. I would like to state that we have received an outstanding service and as a customer felt valued.

Very pleasant engineer who was very reassuring and fixed the problem quickly. Reliable admin from making the appointment to notifying me of the time to expect the engineer the day before and then he was there on time. No charge made as the warranty covered the repair issue.

The engineer advised me the night before of exact appointment time. Courtney arrived on time, and had kept me informed with the timing. I was impressed with the fact before he stepped into the house he’d put on carpet protection slip ons.
He explained what the problem was and options for fixing.
He did the job, confirmed with me the temperature of the water and left the place clean.
