Great service

Intermittent problem with my Mira digital shower mixer valve.
After intermittent problem with my Mira digital shower Mira Services sent Courtney, one of their technicians to attend the problem. Timely and polite, Courtney first verified the water supply and went through the mixer valve internal elements replacing the part as appropriate.
The test, which followed the repair, demonstrated the shower returned to its proper performance.
The whole work was carried out in a well organised manner without wasting unnecessary time. I'm very happy with Courtney determination to sort out the fault.
Also, I would like to highlight the excepional service received from Mira Customer Services office. No long waiting times on the phone, listening to the problem and quick responce as appropriate.

Leaking Shower
Danny from Wakefield came round to repair our leaking shower.
Managed to replace the cartridge in 5-10mins. Very polite and informative.

Helpful and efficient service
Daniel was very friendly and explained the reason for the problem and what my options were for resolving. He had noticed my shower is still under warranty but I was due to be charged so he corrected this for me so I won’t be charged. Overall very helpful quick and efficient service
