Replacement Electric shower under warranty
Pleasant technician who worked carefully and cleanly and kept me fully informed of what he was doing and why. Whilst I have not yet tried the replaced shower it would appear to be an improvement and I am taking his advice re modifications to my mains water supply

Mira shower repair outstanding service.
Communication before and during the visit was excellent. Mark C explained everything very clearly, was very respectful of our property, even wearing overshoes to protect the carpet. Mark was quick, polite and efficient as he expertly swapped the 12-year old pump for a brand new one, all included in the call out charge. No hidden extras.
Mark was very likeable and helpful with additional advice about our second shower.

Great experience with Mira call out
Paul J was great - he fixed the issue with the shower and also checked for any other potential problems affecting the water system. He arrived early with great communication and customer service. All in all I was very impressed with the level of service received.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from James. He was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, carried out the work efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
