Great customer service
The customer service was excellent- clear solutions and prices outlined. Lenny came to fix our shower. Not only was he efficient and fixed the shower, but he explained things so clearly and was really thorough in making sure it was left in perfect working order.

On speaking to Customer service Renee we were able to find a perfect replacement. My order was carried out quickly and the installation date was confirmed and delivery was quick. The Mira service engineer "Kyle" was excellent and fitted my new shower in a perfect way. I was 100% satisfied with the new Shower and the service received.

Leak repair
Kyle at Mira did a great job replacing the shower cartridges to fix a leak. He was quick, efficient, and professional. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Paul J. from Mira showers was very friendly and got on with the job with experience. The problem was sorted and everything explained. Paul J. gave time and had a very methodical , calm approach. All in all a very good experience from Mira showers from beginning to end. Well done. The one off service was worth it.

I have just had a new Mira shower…
I have just had a new Mira shower installed by Andrew. He was a delight to have in the house and so very prdessional and efficient. The company were excellent. Mr Dave Talput was exceptionally helpful. When I called about a couple of things he was so patient and kind and I felt he went out of his way to help. I can only recommend their service very highly.

Replacement Electric shower under warranty
Pleasant technician who worked carefully and cleanly and kept me fully informed of what he was doing and why. Whilst I have not yet tried the replaced shower it would appear to be an improvement and I am taking his advice re modifications to my mains water supply
