Extremely polite and efficient.
The engineer was extremely polite and a lovely friendly manner. He brought shoe covers and put them on immediately upon entering the house.
He quickly repaired the shower and after repairing it, he demonstrated how it was all working correctly before leaving.

A first rate service
A first rate service, could not be faulted. Paul J arrived as per the appointment time, immediately diagnosed a faulty pump snd solenoid. He had all the replacement parts needed with him and expertly replaced the defective ones. Job finished in timely manner and all left clean and tidy. Paul also made some useful adjustments for us while he was here to increase shower temperature. Shower left working better than new - Thank you.
