Absolutely fantastic service from Ben in the South West, travelling from Exeter. My Mira shower was fixed on this first visit. Ben is such a lovely lad. Very polite, professional, respectful and tidy. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. I totally recommend Mira showers for this fantastic customer service. I reported the problem under warranty only a few days ago and it’s fixed already. Thank you Ben 😊

Another update: mira acted swiftly to come back and fix leak. All sorted.. removed star for inconvenience. Update of review. Unit was left leaking and had we not noticed we would have had London water damage. Lenny was helpful and explained everything he had done to fix our shower. Quick, friendly service. Would highly recommend Mira. HK

Danny from Wakefield fixed a broken PCB on a shower, ordered up an extender for some remote control range issues and gave some advice on siting. Very helpful and repair went OK.

James Young was so polite and helpful, He explained everything clearly. There was a part that had to be left off due to previous shower but assured me it wouldn't make a difference or affect the shower. He was very efficient and respected my property. Left it very tidy and took away the rubbish.

Mira shower upgrade
The Mira shower fitter James Young fitted my upgraded Mira Minimal shower as arranged through Mira. Excellent experience, explained how the shower worked and left the bathroom tidy and clean.
