Did not get what i purchased,
Purchased 2 samsung S3 phones in BLUE, received 1 WHITE S3mini and 1 RED S3 mini. Not very good service, I will NEVER purchase from here again.

Wrong item and non-existant customer service
Ordered a new screen protector for my phone. I received a screen protector that didn't fit with my phone, have since contacted the company twice to report this and ask for a resolution and received no response on either occasion.

Delivery time was was about 2.5 weeks…
Delivery time was was about 2.5 weeks when I paid for next day delivery. Then the front case is cracked and I've had no reply about the warranty to the email I sent !!!

I took my water damaged phone in to the Kings Lynn shop for repair, the staff were polite, courteous and helpful.
I had to wait for the necessary components to be ordered but I completely understand that no-one can store every spare part for every phone, and once the piece was delivered my phone was repaired quickly and to a high standard.

Disappointed
I have ordered two wireless chargers. One looks similar but slightly different than the other, it stopped working on the first week. I was finding difficult to get in touch with them or to find any useful information on how to return the product. Next time I will just stick to ebay or amazon....

We had out first ipad cover from here and it was perfect and lasted ages so it made sense to order replacement and again we’re highly delighted with it. It’s very good quality too.

Poor Customer Service
It took a week before I was notified that the item I ordered had been shipped during which time I had tried to contact mGuru to confirm delivery date. I would like to return the item as it is unsatisfactory but again I have been unable to contact them. I would like a refund but it doesn't look like that will happen. Poor Customer Service
