Supposed to be a smart view phone case but doesn't work and doesn't turn the phone off when closed. I thought it worked be better quality with the price but it's tat.

Slow shipping and false advertising
Very slow shipping and didn’t send genuine Samsung product as advertised. Poor quality imitation sent.
Paid £3.99 for quicker delivery vs free delivery. Ordered 16/10. It arrived ten days later 26/10.
Had searched online for genuine Samsung product including the product code. The one I wanted appeared on a Google sponsored Mobile guru advert including image of genuine Samsung packaging and words “Genuine Samsung galaxy”. Clicked that link and ordered that product. When it arrived it was a cheap imitation, not samsung at all and doesn’t hold your phone securely it in its grip. No phone number for company. Sent online request for refund yesterday. No response as yet. Would avoid this company.
Update: Mguru have been in touch to say will refund so I will provide further trustpilot update once I see how this progresses. I’ve also asked for postage refund as their advert is misleading.

Really sorry to hear you are not happy with this product. It is listed as universal replica product. On all our listing the manufacturer name is provided where it is listed as genuine else it is listed as universal. Our staff have offered refund under our no quibbles guarantee. Please get in touch and the issue would be resolved.

The replacement ipad cover I received is perfect, it is light and easy to use
Unfortunately the Ipad cover received is one centimeter too small. I have emailed mGuru with all the details of my Ipad and I am waiting for a response. I am hopeful it will be resolved soon

According to our customer support team wrong item was ordered by customer and our team sent another cover for the correct model and this was received. Although the feedback was agreed to be removed by customer, it still remains.
