Love my new specs
Love my new specs! Infact, I have stopped wearing contact lenses to work everyday and am much happier wearing specs all week. Superb service from the Monc team - love their values, approach to the industry and focus on great customer experience.

My purchasing experience was great.. but not satisfied with the glasses

However, I am not satisfied with my glasses. Within just 4 days, the arms of the glasses became very loose and now they constantly slide down my nose. I'm not sure if they can be fixed."

Apologies with regards to the frame slipping down, this isn't something we would exspect to happen within a week of wearing.

Hugely patient staff
Hugely patient staff as I struggled to remember which frames my wife wanted. Even went to the trouble of making a pair of glasses up for me while I waited.

Found Monc at the Chelsea Flower Show
We found monc at the Chelsea Flower show and we were drawn to the designs. The staff there were super helpful and engaging and I had my vision prescription in my pack so we picked out a pair to be shipped to me. They mentioned the store in London and we were staying a mile away, so several days later, I walked to their shop and purchased a prescription pair of sunglasses in a different style. They’re the best glasses I’ve ever had. Love them!!
