We were very well looked after with clear and knowledgeable advice given. Changing frames on the spot was impressive and I am grateful for the 30% discount for recycling the old frames.
From the first phone call to the in store service, Monc was terrific. My husband cracked the frame on his sunglasses and we are going on holiday soon. We went into the store where the salesperson/tech... Voir plus

Our sales person was so lovely…
Our sales person was so lovely explaining the brand to us and their misson to reduce waste and promote upcycling. The overall design and quality is beautiful and I love that they only make small batches. Will certainly return to this brand in the future

Honestly it was a doddle
Honestly it was a doddle.
Picked my glasses by reference to existing frame sizes (after the handy tip - who knew?); they arrived the next day!
Swapped one set for another and that arrived the next day and the refund the day after.
Such good comms from Chris in the shop too.
On top of all that the frames are superb.
Could NOT recommend more highly.

What a great discovery
What a great discovery! I’d been looking to buy new spectacles for a long time but couldn’t find the right frames (I’m very picky) until I stumbled upon the pop up. The products are beautiful and so well made, and what’s even better is the ethos of the brand and the craftsmanship which I appreciate. Kristiana was amazing, so helpful and friendly.
