Top marks for Greg and his team for their knowledge and professional work. My second job done at Motabars went like clockwork. Sports-lid and new tow bar for my ranger . Great waiting room with comfortable seating area and plenty of reading material. Worth the 80 mile round trip. I will be back. Cheers.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service , first class job, very helpful answered all the questions I needed to know, and reasonably priced, I took my car to have windows tinted and it was completed within 2 hours, very professional, I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future

Sadly lacking in customer service.
Excellent work done by the fitter. No complaints there whatsoever.
What really did let them down was customer service. It was non existent. Left by the office for 2and a half hours and no one came out to say "you ok,you want a brew" as it was bleeding freezing freezing with no heating on at all. No coffee machine, nothing.just an ancient old leather sofa and some magazines where a classic xr3i was 4 grand!!!!!!
Could do so much better if a little effort was put in by the management.

Hi Michael. Sorry you've had a bad experience in our reception area. We do not advertise waiting facilities or a drinks service as we are a small team, and a coffee van visits the site in the mornings, and as you point out there is no heating in our reception area (although if I was in I would have made you one, but was enjoying a day off and our fitters were holding the fort!!) We have considered a coffee machine but as jobs generally take so long most people leave their cars with us and enjoy a coffee in town. We won't be replacing our vintage ikea sofa any time soon, but I can certainly update the reading material. Happy you were pleased with your tow bar. Our fitters are brilliant, and I have passed on your feedback.

Towbar fitting
Had a tow bar fitted they were very helpful explained how the tow bar detached they left the car immaculate you wouldn't of known they had worked on it very pleased with the service I got would recommend to anyone top company

Took my ford focus in to get a remap, the lads are all friendly and helpful and they were very reasonably priced. My car now is more economical with more horsepower too. Highly recommend them and I will be back to get the tinting done and apple CarPlay installed. Thank you so much guys , you’ve made my car fun to drive again 😊

Excellent service
The guy's and gals here are great. I used them for tinting on my car and am hugely impressed with the swift and professional service I received and my car has never looked better. They even helped me fix an issue with my wing mirror that had plagued me for a while. Would definitely recommend 10/10 and will be going back to get roof bars fitted

Replacing 7 pin plug for 13 pin plug
Easy to book an appointment. Ready for us when we arrived. Completed fitting a 13 pin plug on time. Were very helpfull explaining how a removable towball was fitted and removed.
