Customer service is second to none. There is always someone at the end of the phone. Polite, friendly and very efficient. I have been with MoveGB as an activity provider since the company began and am very happy with all they have done for my business.

The best customer service you could ever call- spot on service with kind and understanding staff. My question was answered straight away and my issue resolved instantly. Can't wait for the classes to be back on to enjoy more of those spas and awesome exercise classes! Thank you MoveGB!

The best thing about MoveGB is the variety of exercise options on offer plus the flexibility of the scheme. Being able to freeze my membership is a real bonus for me, as I only use it Oct-March. They've adapted well to lockdown, with many providers live streaming classes (although personally, I can't wait to get back to 'in person'). Its really good value, especially if you like yoga. Finally, the staff are really helpful and always manage to sort any issues promptly. I love it, been using it since it started and wouldn't swap back to single leisure centre/gym membership.

The way they manage payments to Fitness instructors is completely ridiculous (at least to me). Most of the times, teaching more classes equals to lower total payment in the end of the month. Payment calculation come out wrongly a lot. They also charge ilegal payment processing fees. They should only charge payment processing fees when the member buys a class on a pay-as-you-go basis, but they're also charging us (activity providers) when the client is on a monthly membership. If a person pays a membership to MoveGB, how come they can charge a payment processing fee to the activity provider? There's no direct sale here. Is that even legal? When I spoke with Hazel (MoveGB partner management), she didn't say I was wrong, but said that's how the system works. The money they "steal" isn't that much, but it's still despiteful towards fitness instructors. MoveGB is a good idea to keep people active, but the management beneath it is a complete joke.

Experience has been great. Large selection of training sessions enabling me to exercise the way I like, and to the extent that I like. I'm just getting into exercising again after a few too many years, so exercising at home allows me to take it at my own pace more easily than I would feel possible in a gym environment. Trainers are professional and friendly. I think Move is great! I wouldn't be exercising again if it weren't for Move! Thanks.

This company is a SCAM. I have used many different workout apps, and using MoveGB has been BY FAR the WORST experience I have had.
I signed up for the 1GBP trial last Feb when I was visiting London from Barcelona. After receiving NO reminder email about the trial they proceeded to charge me 60EURO for a year membership that I could not get reimbursed for or any help (as I dont even live there so have no use for this platform unless they expanded).
Now 1 year later after thinking they had cancelled my account I wake up and have ANOTHER 60euro taken out. No reminder email about it renew...no contact from the company...nothing.
What it looks like from my side is they are not emailing their users as a backhanded way to keep bringing in money to a slowly dying company.
STAY AWAY, and use Urban Sports Club instead.

Easy to register, easy to book, great instructors, and a couple of great workouts for free, as tasters before choosing to buy further sessions, all Zoom! Can definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic concept - all the classes you can think of in one online place.
Many can be streamed too, my children love the classes (would be great to get more kids classes). Compared to gym classes much cheaper and many classes free for a trial session. Customer service great too, very helpful

As an instructor MoveGB is a great portal to expand my customer base with livestream classes as gyms and studios are closed. They are always incredibly patient and helpful and go the extra mile to help us instructors out!

I have waited 5 months before posting my review so as to be able to write an honest opinion. Since finding MoveGB on Trustpilot I have been so impressed with variety of classes, the professionalism of the instructors and best of all, the ability to telephone MoveGB staff to sort out any problems.
Their customer service cannot be bettered and they are always so patient with my stupid questions and do their upmost to sort out any issues. Problems have included very occasionally not being able to log into a class when the instructor has used a different check-in process, or my needing a break due to work and study commitments. My options have been clearly explained and sorted with minimum fuss. I love the fact that no long term contract is required so each month I can either pay for up to 12 classes or if busy, as few as zero. Classes have been as far flung as Northern Ireland, Glasgow, Brighton, Nottingham, London and Bristol. There seems to be plenty of classes from the latter two cities. No one has been snooty about my children taking part which is essential in the current situation.
Just remember when logging in to ensure you state your real city. It may be slightly unfair when all lessons are online but there seems a big difference in monthly cost depending upon where you reside. Once I accidentally had default another city and was charged much more. Overall MoveGB is one of the few highlights of the past year and I will continue online once lockdown is over (assuming the teachers will still have me!)

I love these guys because they are so helpful. Whenever I've had an issue that didn't fit into an FAQ they've always been really efficient, helpful and kind too. It's great that I can email with a real human and be treated as an individual.

I'm loving the free taster classes on the platform and as a provider myself I called up to ask for a few things to be handled for me and the staff were super helpful with practically no wait time.

I realised that I was not going to have enough money in my account when my membership came up for renewal in a few days time, so I phoned Move GB and asked if they could help. The person I spoke to leant over backwards to help and sorted out the date so I could pay later,also because I am a longstanding member. I was very happy with the outcome.
