(H)eerlijke espresso koffie (cups) met een lekkere crema laag! De smaak is sterk en krachtig, wat van een espresso verwacht kan worden.
Enige verbeterpunt dat ik kan bedenken is dat het mooi was als het via brievenbus post geleverd kon worden. Gezien de productie en verpakking buiten Nederland gebeurd, snap ik dat de huidige zakken de beste optie zijn om de versheid te behouden.

The company really makes an effort to develop a complete new business model. One that is more than fair for the planet, the people growing the coffee and that is showing you can make a profit by doing business for good. On top of that they deliver premium quality coffee for a very, very reasonable price. I love the my morning coffee and I've received many compliments from guests and coworkers when they try Moyee as well. My experience with ordering and receiving my coffee at home is excellent.

I accidentally placed two orders within a few days of each other and cancelled the second order immediately. Shortly afterwards, I received confirmation that the order had been cancelled and that a full refund would be issued.

Unfortunately, it has now been over three weeks, and I still have not received my money. I find it completely unacceptable that I have to keep chasing a refund that you already confirmed would be processed.
To make matters worse, you are no longer responding to my emails. I simply do not understand why I should have to fight to get my own money back.
This level of customer service is extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable.

Great company making sustainable impact for the farmers and delivering a very good product.
The triple coffee beans have a great taste with full body, suitable for the majority. The lighter branded coffee beans such as the single and dubble have a more fruity taste and have a lighter body. They are nice to try if you would like to taste something different.

I love Moyee coffee.

Honest coffee, honest company, good pay for the farmers and delicious blends. It took some trial and error to get the perfect cup of coffee from my espresso machine - coffee is a science and I just haven't hit barista level crema yet- but:

I really love my morning Moyee.

Tried different Moyee blends, all fragrant and delish, but I am particularly fond of the Single Kenya that I always used to buy at AH, but is now also available in Moyee's online shop.

I have tried some other brands ( whenever I forgot to order in time) and they're also good, but I always return to Moyee.

Haven't had any experience with customer service because my orders have so far been delivered swiftly.

The Ethiopia Single origin and Double origin are so aromatic and flavourful compared to any coffee I bought (that is packed and sold in shops, so not freshly roasted and grinded obv). But in the end of the day, all these other "artisanal coffees" by and large, take the coffee from peanuts and don't pay the producers fairly.
I prefer that my coffee is tasty and that the chain of production is much more fair. Thank you for building this company! After a few single orders I am ready to get a monthly coffee membership!

Great mission good coffee reasonable price. I've never had an subscription, but ordered online. I don't recognize the negativity on customer support, but I never needed much customer support. The few times I did it was fine.
These days I buy my Moyee in the supermarket. That might be a tad less effective, but keeping Moyee on the supermarket shelves might persuade novel buyers.

Amazing coffee! Amazing people! Amazing concept! Fair chain is possible!
Usually I get the coffee the day after I order it. Their supply chain is insane, so if you sometimes have to wait a couple of days, that is totally worth it. Good things take time.

Wil me uitschrijven voor de reclame mails maar dat lukt niet. Moet ik inloggen om dat te doen. Heeeel vervelend. Niet klant vriendelijk.

Ik heb een verkeerde levering gehad en dit gemeld per mail. Nog een keer een mail gestuurd. Geprobeerd te bellen, nog een keer en nog een keer. Helemaal geen gehoor of reactie! Dus wat mij betreft een waardeloze zaak.

Ik heb t idee dat er hier en daar wat mis ging met mijn bestelling, maar inmiddels weer alles op de rit, en de koffie is al jaren top en heel eerlijk: ook niet duur. Dus ga zo door en blijf jullie mooie doelen nasteven!

Ik heb een keer koffie besteld. Die was matig en dan ben ik nog vriendelijk. Sindsdien word ik door Moyee bestookt met mailings. Ik heb gebeld, ge-unsuscribed, gemaild. Niets helpt, die mails blijven komen. Koop liever ergens anders koffie, want deze mensen hebben geen verstand van koffie en al helemaal niet van omgang met klanten.

UPDATE: het is nu 7 juli. Ik krijg NOG STEEDS Mails!!! Het is ongelooflijk, niets, maar dan ook niets helpt. Ik ga aangifte doen van stalking.

Heerlijke koffie, duurzame missie, maar in de uitvoering gaat weinig goed. Ik betaal 47 euro per maand als abonnee maar heb sinds begin december niets meer ontvangen. Een keer een reactie gehad dat mijn abonnement zomaar gepauzeerd zou zijn (ondanks altijd netjes betalen) en dat dit weer direct hervat zou worden en levering januari. Daarna 3x mail gestuurd. Nooit antwoord gehad. Ik raad geen abonnement aan bij deze partij. Als je de koffie lekker vind, koop het dat gewoon in de supermarkt, dan heb je geen last van de leveringen of klantenservice. Ondanks dat ik graag de meest duurzame koffie wil en er voor wil betalen, is dit echt dramatische service op alle vlakken.

Pas op, je komt nooit meer van de spam mails af.
Ik heb me al zeker 10 keer afgemeld via de unsubscribe knop, daarna mails gestuurd waarop men niet reageert, spam gemeld via Gmail etc.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Er wordt helemaal niet gereageerd op e-mails over retourzendingen en andere vragen. Het retourbeleid dat op de website staat klopt niet. Het telefoonnummer werkt niet en is onbereikbaar. Zeer slechte service en totaal geen klantencontact.
