Ordered the xxl dog cushion for close…
Ordered the xxl dog cushion for close to £100, waited over 2 weeks for delivery, as for the dog cushion/bed, absolutely garbage, basically a cover and 3 small half filled cushions, and 1 half filled normal cushion. If your think about buying one over these, I'd avoid at all costs, ud be better going and buying yourself a couple cushions and a cover out off home bargains or somewhere. And make urself a better and more comfortable one for your pet, in all honesty I've seen better quality beds for a quarter off the price in shops, please do not be taken in by the photos they put on there web pages, on arrival u will be so disappointed at the poor quality.

It’s great to hear that your items arrived quickly and were just as shown, Fiona! We’re glad you’ve found the right sizes for both of your dogs, even with their different needs. 🐾 Having a removable, washable cover certainly makes keeping their favourite spots fresh and clean that much easier. We hope both pups enjoy plenty of cosy, comfortable moments!
Great comfort blanket
This is a great comfort blanket for an anxious dog. It suits my dog very well when she is stressed and anxious. Will be extremely useful come firework time !

We’re so pleased to hear that the comfort blanket helps your dog feel more at ease when she’s stressed or anxious. 💙 Having a familiar, cosy spot can be especially reassuring during unsettling moments. We hope it brings her some extra comfort during fireworks season and whenever she needs a little reassurance!

What a lovely review to read, Linda! We’re delighted that both your dog and cat have fallen in love with their new bed. 🐾 It’s wonderful to hear that you’re happy with the soft, fluffy feel and the generous filling.
We hope they continue to enjoy plenty of cosy naps and relaxing moments together in their favourite new spot!
I received the dog bed , but my dog didn’t like it
I received the dog bed , but all my dog wants to do is chew the fluff , he went into it once then came back out to chew the fluff and leather tag on it .

It sounds like your dog has discovered a rather different way to enjoy the new bed, Lynda! 😄 We’re sorry to hear that, instead of settling in for a nap, he’s been more interested in chewing the fluffy material and tag.
Some dogs can be especially curious about a new bed at first. We hope that, with a little time and gentle encouragement, he may start seeing it as a comfortable place to rest rather than something to investigate with his teeth!
I got the bed for my Border Collie…
I got the bed for my Border Collie because he ate the . last one down to the size of a pillowcase so I thought he enjoyed that so let's get another. He won't sleep on it, he is perched on an armchair as I write, but he lies beside it and chews it . He is a perfectly happy dog and gets a decent walk every day he is is just a mad Collie . So I can't tell you anything about the sleep quality of the bed only that Gunner enjoys it so that's fine by me.
The bed arrived promptly and I have no complaints

Bridget, Gunner certainly sounds like a character! 😄 After chewing the previous bed down to pillowcase size, it seems he has decided that the new one is more of a companion than a place to sleep.
We’re glad to hear he’s happy and enjoying his daily adventures, even if he prefers the armchair for his naps. Thank you as well for mentioning that the bed arrived promptly and that you had no issues with the delivery. We hope Gunner eventually decides to give his new bed a proper sleep test!

Sorry to say but I'm a bit confused about the thickness of my purchase as the older Mr fluffy is twice as thick as this new one I have purchased so I really cannot give you a happy review.I would have replied earlier but I was away from home for a week.

We’re sorry to hear that, Robert. We completely understand why you’re confused and disappointed if your new MrFluffyFriend appears noticeably thinner than the older one you purchased.
We’d like to look into this for you and better understand whether the difference is related to the product or how it has settled after unpacking. Please feel free to contact our customer support team at info@mrfluffyfriend.co.uk with your order details so we can check this further and assist you. We also appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, especially after being away from home.

The online buying experience of the bed…
The online buying experience of the bed was great.
The colour (light grey) is disappointing because it has more of the under fabric visible than the picture did so it looks flecked rather than one light grey colour. It was vacuum packed and difficult to undo so I couldn't face trying to repack it and return.
It is a little big for the space - my fault!
My dog uses it at least once a day but it has not replaced the sofa which I had hoped. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, Mary. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive online buying experience and that your dog is using the bed every day.
We’re sorry that the light grey colour wasn’t quite what you expected and that the vacuum packaging made the bed difficult to handle. We also understand that the size was a little larger than ideal for your space. We appreciate you being so open about each of these points, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into account as we continue improving our products and customer experience.
We hope your dog continues to enjoy the bed, even if the sofa remains a favourite for now! 🐾

I have 3 small yorkies i bought thre anxiety beds when they were pups and they loved them. The biggest one used to suck on a particular spot like a dummy. Recently bought 3 anxiety blankets. Same great quality and lovely texture. Again all 3 love them. The smallest likes it to sleep in. The middle fights with it and hides under it. Strangely enough the biggest has decided to suck on one little spot of it and she relaxes and is asleep in a few minutes. Maybe i need to get one for myself? Lovely product washes well dries fast.

Diane, what a lovely story! Thank you so much for sharing how your three Yorkies have taken to both their anxiety beds and blankets. 🥰
It’s especially adorable that they’ve each found their own way to enjoy the blankets — from sleeping in them and hiding underneath to having that familiar little spot that helps your biggest Yorkie relax and drift off so quickly. We’re also delighted to hear that you’re happy with the quality, texture, and how easy they are to wash and dry.
And perhaps you do need one for yourself after all! 😄

Thank you for sharing your experience, Jane. We’re sorry to hear that, after allowing the bed time to expand, it didn’t look as full and spacious as you expected from the video you saw online.
We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when the product arrives looking different from what you had in mind. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will certainly take your feedback into account.

My Honey (Greyhound)
My Honey (Greyhound), already has experienced these doughnut style beds, they are her favourites, this new one was barely out of the packet, hadn’t even fluffed it up before she was trying to snuggle up in it.
The only downside was the fairly long wait for them to arrive but have to say they are worth the wait.
