My pup loves the comfort he sleeps so well in it.Unfortunately he has ripped the zip off the back and the packing is no longer secure.I am going to have to have it repaired.

The instructions with fluffy friend are very clear and easy to follow . The bed seems really cosy and we hope our rescue Jessie will begin to use it . She was probably abandoned and lived outdoors so prefers lying on the floor . As winter approaches I'm sure she will seek the comfort of fluffy friend .

Web page was excellent good communication letting me no when it would be on its way,the size is spot on with bernies cage the pillow is of good quality and he sleeping lovely.

I received my fluffy dog bed my item very well
I received my item very well
packed. The dog bed looks as described, soft and fluffy but I’ve not managed to get my dog to lie on it yet, she just walks around it looking at it suspiciously but I’m sure that when she does sleep on it she’ll be pleasantly surprised. I will let you know.

The “real”CEO reached out after I left a bad review
He offered to send a replacement bed, free of charge, no strings ( I had already received a full refund for the previous one) as he wanted me to try again.
This bed completely different from the first and my dog hasn’t stopped using it. So the original one must have been faulty/stored incorrectly, who knows, but this one is like chalk and cheese and I’m more than happy to leave a positive review and total respect to the company for believing in their product so much they are willing to put their money where their mouth is.

Love these cool mats
I now have two cool mats for my dog Lily, she loves them & spends a lot of time laying on them.
I would definitely recommend them as they actually do work & keep her cool

I have bought beds from MrFluffyFriend before as my 3 dogs just love collapsing into the soft luxurious comfortable bed. I would recommend them to anyone who has a 4 legged' child". Very easy to wash and dry, good at holding its shape.
