Helped with a flooring issue
They responded promptly to my request for a quote, the price was competitive. They were able to complete the work quickly (within a week of initial contact). Their workman Aliber was extremely friendly and helpful, he went over and above to make sure the work was completed to a high standard.

I had a great experience with the guys…
I had a great experience with the guys from Mr Sander. They were punctual, thorough and helped put my mind at rest about what was best for my parquet flooring. The floor hadn’t been serviced for over 10 years and now looks immaculate.
Very happy and would absolutely use them again.

Fantastic!
Oli and his team at Mr Sander sanded and refreshed our living room and bedroom floors, and the results are brilliant. The wood was very old, worn and scratched, and they’ve made it look genuinely brand new.
They also went above and beyond by fixing a small section of our staircase, which wasn’t part of the original job but made a big difference. Oli gave really good advice on how to deal with the very red/orange tone of our floors and suggested solutions that worked perfectly.
The whole job was completed in two days with minimal disruption and very little hassle. Professional, efficient and easy to deal with throughout. I would happily recommend Oli and his team many times over.

Very poor service- but now getting better
Update: I’ve updated this from a 1 star to a 4 star due to how the company owner Anthony, has handled this. He contacted me personally and worked with me to get a second quote at my convenience. He has really turned around the experience and I’ve now booked the job. I will update again when completed.
Booked a same day appointment in central London and was confirmed for between 6-7pm. Very disappointed that nobody showed for this appointment. I drove from High Wycombe to London just for this, wasting 4 hours of my time.
I sent a WhatsApp to check if anyone was coming and didn’t get a reply.
A company should operate the hours that its staff are working.
Overall a terrible experience.

5* cannot recommend enough!
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Within 30 minutes of me making the first enquiry someone had reached out to me to, and within 24 hours someone was able to view the property and give me the quotation.
Harrison was super knowledgeable and was able to understand what I wanted to achieve and definitely delivered! We were on a bit of a deadline and he kindly managed to fit the job in within a couple of days of my initial contact with Mr Sander (and 3 days just before Christmas). I was unable to be at the property, however Harrison kept me updated throughout the process.
I am so pleased I took the plunge, my floors which were badly damaged look like they are brand new. I am beyond happy. Money well spent and significantly below what other companies where quoting. Harrison provided top customer service and make the experience working with Mr Sander so easy.

After 8 years of coming and going the floor was showing consider wear. Filip did an amazing job and now our hall and stairs look better than we ever imagined!

Highly recommended
I got 3 quotes to have the floorboards resanded in my Victorian terraced house. Mr Sander was in the middle, more towards the competitive end. I chose them because they came across as really friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Someone came in to quote a few days after my enquiry and they were able to start work only about 2 weeks later.
Vitor and Ismael did a really good job - very careful and conscientious. I'm very pleased with the result. The floor looks much better than it's ever looked before. I'd definitely recommend them.
