⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – Outstanding Service from Mr Shifter!

I cannot praise Mr Shifter highly enough! The two gentlemen who handled the removal of my belongings during my house move were absolutely outstanding. They worked non-stop from beginning to end, showing incredible dedication, professionalism and a fantastic work ethic.

Both were extremely friendly, polite, hardworking and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, and they approached every aspect of the move with care, enthusiasm and a genuinely positive attitude. Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.

I was particularly impressed by how tirelessly they worked, never once complaining and remaining cheerful and helpful throughout. They are a real credit to the company.

I couldn’t be happier with Mr Shifter. They turned up on time and were polite, efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the day as stress free as possible. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

2nd time we have used Mr Shifter and they are just as good now as they were 26yrs ago.

The guys who handled our removal were superb, very helpful, polite and hard-working. There was plenty of communication from the office too.

Excellent service, on time, friendly and helpful.
Good price

The removals team arrived on time and completed the job well.

Mr Shifter House Removal & Storage arrived as planned and right on time. The removal team were polite, professional and friendly, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They carried out the move into storage smoothly and efficiently, without any stress or fuss.
We have used Mr Shifter on a number of occasions, and this move once again proved why we keep coming back to them. Excellent service from start to finish and highly recommended.

Great service throughout. The company were very helpful and accommodating when i wasn’t sure when the house sale was going to complete. When it did their drivers were very polite, careful, thorough and hard working - on what was probably the hottest day for a long time!
Everything was put into storage as my house purchase had been delayed - but when we did complete and get the keys it was delivered in quickly and carefully. In fact, we booked for the Tuesday but got the keys on Monday afternoon - when I phoned Mr Shifter to confirm I had the keys they offered to come the same day with my furniture. Up to 6 men arrived promptly and we were moved in before the afternoon was over.
Exceptional service and very much appreciated. I wouldn’t use anybody else now after this experience.

Brilliant team , from booking packing and storage to final delivery some months later.
All care taken of my belongings, packing with no damage, chairs, setees and mattresses protected all returned in excellent condition.
Man worked tirelessly with good humour to complete the job , both in the packing and delivery.
No hesitation in recommending Mr Shifter

All of house removal done with care and very hard working set of lads.

The team at Mr Shifter were very accommodating from start to finish. Their communication, information and flexibility were exactly what we needed. The team working in the home to remove and return items were fantastic. Despite the high volume and weight of the furniture, the number of stairs and challenging weather conditions, they worked efficiently and supported each other well throughout the process. I would certainly use the team again and would highly recommend them.

Professional and so fast. Mr. Shifter went above and beyond to make moving house as straightforward as possible

Super removal and storage service, visited us to see what needed to go into storage, told us how it would be stored and sent a real good competitive quote the same day. Guys moved furniture rapidly, carefully and without problems.

Yet again another excellent job carried out by the Mr Shifter team.
Nothing is ever an issue and they just help take out the stress that can occur when moving.
Competitively priced and made the move in two tranches at our request but at no additional cost.
Would recommend them and use them again without hesitation.
