Very long-lasting flavourful pouches
I've tried ZYN, Velo and ON, but Muse are best. If you're used to smaller, more moist pouches, the size might be surprisingly large, but there are benefits to this. The larger drier pouches last longer, a lot longer, retaining most of their flavour throughout. Also, the nicotine release is much, much smoother. They're still undetectable under the lip when positioned properly and the extra length makes it unlikely you'll accidently swallow the pouch while drinking - something that's a real risk with mini pouches if you like combining nicotine with your morning coffee. Flavour wise, I tried liquorice and coffee, both are fairly sweet but accurate and pleasant tasting. There's no cloying saccharine aftertaste and they don't collapse into slimy little slivers towards the end. Delivery was super fast thanks to the use of Royal Mail. Taken together, all these things mean I'll be buying Muse again, probably the guava or cherry versions. The strength shown is per gram, so each pouch is half that value. Just in case you might be worried about getting into Siberia snus territory with the 24mg/g, I found this strongest version perfectly smooth and jitter-free while being fully effective, so I assume the same is true of the milder varieties, depending on your tolerance and goal. Finally, you get two free standard packs of 20 in the TRY4FREE deal, not little sample versions, so you've a proper opportunity to see if they suit you.

Where is my product
i’ve ordered some of their product with the express delivery so i could get it the next day. and yesterday it was supposed to come and it didn’t. i contacted royal mail to see why it didnt come and apparently my delivery details weren’t on the package, so they returned it back to the sender, so i contacted them via email and i still haven’t gotten a response,

Thank you for your review - I can see that on your first order you omitted your house number, but on your second order you included this.
Normally businesses would receive the returned parcel back and then contact the customer to advise that they can either pay for a reshipping fee or a refund can be offered.
However, Muse is not your ordinary normal company. We are people who care, about you and our products.
I am resending your order out with no additional fees and I have also included some freebies for you to enjoy as we were slightly delayed due to the Black Friday event :)

Nice helpful product reasonably priced good company who are doing good.
I like and use the products after using different ones of a similar product but these are my favourite, I really like the flavour I like you get more in each can but they do cost more but I like have 20 rather than 15. I also received a small bag of feel good gummies.a small token a free trial bag etc.It would be better if the delivery was faster like a previous co. Did. As they do become a crutch item which is better than smoking. I like the caffeine pouches when I don't want the other. I think it would be good if the pouches lasted longer and there was more strengths as I've found 12mg too much but 6mg nice but longer lasting would be great. But I feel I'm in good hands with muse ☺️ the pouches are just better than what I've officially used you can find out why on the website.

Great pouches, terrible customer service
I've ordered from Muse a few times now. The pouches are great but their customer service is terrible. My last order I received a tub of pouches that contained the wrong flavour. I've tried to contact Muse twice and just been ignored.
