**issue resolved - Nic Pouches are 7.5/10 - Energy pouches - 5/10
Item was never received - contacted the customer support team 3 times since the 28th october and not had any response.
review can change if the customer support team reaches out and rectifies this issue.
**Edit 20/11/25 - Customer services got in contact with myself and rectified the issue of not receiving items.
Nic pouches are really good 7.5/10, flavour and sensation are both there. They do run a little cold on the gums, a warmer experience would be nicer.
Energy pouches were a 5/10 - flavour was nice and effects whilst using them were what you expect. However the crash that followed was insane. will maybe try the weaker ones (i had 140mg) next time to see if they're any better
Strawberry, rasberry & cherrry flavour is really good.

These pouches are awesome!! Loving the flavours! Especially the cola and liquorice! Thank you for the free sweets unfortunately no one in my house eats halal so can't review on this will try and find someone who is happy to have halal the packaging is nice and look cute for sweets though.

Amazing flavours and great service
I've tried all the flavours apart from cola and have to say they are all really nice.
Finally kicked nicotine entirely with the nicotine free ones and I have a pot of the caffeine (boost) ones for the gym which work great.

Found the surge initially too strong but had a feedback call from a nice lady there. Got the feeling that Muse genuinely does care and takes all feedback on good and bad and actually acts on what is said.
They sent me my favourite flavours in the lower strength and these are spot on. Cheers Muse
