Do not purchase the MB450/Mb450i if you…
Do not purchase the MB450/Mb450i if you want to be able to attach a car seat from another brand to the pram as they do not do universal adapters,sadly found this out after spending 300 pounds on a new pram.
Absolute waste of money, go with a more well known brand, also the zips get stuck and break especially the ventilation flap

We would just like to clarify that the MB450i is not advertised as having universal car seat compatibility. While some car seats are compatible with the pushchair and its adaptors, this does not mean that all third-party car seats will fit. Compatibility information is provided on our website so this can be checked before purchasing.
We’re also sorry to hear you’ve experienced an issue with the zips and ventilation flap, as this isn’t something we would expect. If you haven’t already contacted us about this, please email info@mybabiie.com with your order details and some photos/videos of the issue so our team can take a look and help.

Really happy with our purchase
Really happy with our purchase, order arrived quickly and the pushchair is lovely, the colour is gorgeous and it feels really sturdy, the hood is a brilliant size and the whole pushchair goes up and down so easily it’s perfect for the school run. The only issue we had was it arrived without the raincover (it comes with a raincover and cup holder included) but we contacted customer service and Edralin was so helpful, all emails were answered very promptly we and a raincover sent out right away. Excellent customer service.

MB30
Ordered the MB30, for starters it's hard to push, heavy, tips if you're walking along a pavement with even the slightest drop or slant. Says suitable for up to 22kg but my baby is 13kg and in the shorter side and his head and feet already reach the top/dangle off. Only plus side was the basket. Very disappointed. Already trying to sell it and stopped using it after 2 weeks as it was causing my arms, elbow and shoulders to hurt trying to keep it balanced along pavements

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with your MB30 and that you stopped using it after only two weeks.
We’re particularly sorry to hear that you’ve found the pushchair difficult and heavy to manoeuvre and that you’ve experienced it pulling or tipping when using it on sloped or uneven pavements. This isn’t the experience we would want you to have, especially if you’ve found yourself having to physically compensate for the pushchair to the point that it has caused discomfort in your arms, elbow and shoulders.
All My Babiie pushchairs are rigorously tested and designed to meet or exceed the required European safety standards. The MB30 is suitable for children up to the stated maximum weight of 22kg; however, we do appreciate that children of the same weight can vary considerably in their height and proportions.
As you’ve also raised concerns regarding the handling and stability of the pushchair, we would really like the opportunity to look into this for you rather than you feeling that your only option is to sell a pushchair you’ve had for such a short period of time.
Please contact our Customer Service team at info@mybabiie.com with your order details and reference your Trustpilot review. We can then ask for some further information about what you’re experiencing and see how we can help.

There were a few issues with the order but the customer service was fantastic, I cannot praise them enough. The car seats are great too. The pink leopard print is SOOO pretty, we love it. Thank you. Highly recommend this retailer.

Excellent purchase
Excellent purchase. Found the car seats I wanted straight away and before I knew it there were at my doorstep. I'm very happy, they are lightweight and my children can easily get in and out of the car. Very reasonable priced. Would recommend to anyone that needs them for short trips and school runs.

The car seat when it eventually came was good quality and well made but getting it was the issue as they didn’t send it as the courier never picked it up and I had to email them and it still sat in there warehouse customer service was shit I eventually got my car seat 2 weeks after my order fumming

Thank you for your review. We’re really sorry to hear that you waited for your order only to then be informed that it could not be fulfilled and that a refund would be issued.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly as payment had already been taken and you were expecting to receive your order. Unfortunately, on rare occasions there can be a discrepancy between the stock showing as available on our system and the physical stock available when an order reaches fulfilment. We appreciate that from a customer’s perspective, you quite reasonably expect an item shown as available to actually be available for dispatch.
Where we discover that we are unfortunately unable to fulfil an order, we will issue a full refund rather than leave the customer waiting indefinitely for an item we cannot supply.
We’re very sorry that on this occasion we weren’t able to fulfil your order as expected and for the disappointment and inconvenience this caused.
