Very bad
Very bad , I bought a a Ripon tv stand , the send me the wrong color , I shoose the natural color , but they send me grey color. When I complain , they said it is natural color not grey , I asked for return , they send me an address to send it myself, and pay for the return myself , very bad

We ordered a replacement sofa bed mattress for a sofa bed kept in the conservatory. Easy to order , delivered when they said they'd deliver, great product and quality. I was surprised what good quality it was considering how cheap it was. Would definitely recommend.

Really happy with my order from My Bed Frames…
Ordered a divan bed from My Bed Frames we were notified straight away it was 10 days delivery. The divan turned up exactly on time and the delivery driver was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately it was discovered that the bed base was missing a set of casters. A conversation with a delightful lady at My Bed Frames resulted in the casters being sent next day delivery. Would definitely use this company again.

FANTASTIC COMPANY
Ordered the EDWARD BED FRAME Thursday evening and it was delivered on Monday! Unfortunately, the Finial knobs were missing from the packaging. I contacted MY BED FRAME and spoke to Nadia and after apologising profusely she contacted the supplier and the Finials were sent out the next day and received the day after. FANTASTIC SERVICE and brilliant bed and price. 100% recommend this company.

Excellent service & prompt delivery.
A bit of feedback; the small black cloth handle supplied, isn’t sufficient or long enough to enable the ottoman base to be lifted to access the storage area.. which is frustrating .. However, I managed to improvise, using a long belt as a pull handle ! & still love the bed overall :)

Perfect Scandi bed frame.
The bed we ordered was just as we hoped, really good quality wood (scandi style bed frame), very solid and excellent finish / colour.
No issues in assembling it, instructions clear and all fittings supplied.
Excellent service all round, including delivery.

Great order and product
The company were great to deal with and were able to ask all my questions before ordering. The order was delivered and when I made a mistake on the castors they were great and replaced the parts. The divan with drawers is well built and we are really pleased with it
