A very stylish bed suits my daughter's room perfectly. Delivery service was nice too.

Ordered a bed for my son at the end of August. Had to chase delivery, then was given one day which I couldn’t do, said they would reschedule which again I had to chase. Had to ring them as nobody was getting back via whatsapp. During the phone call I was told that there weren’t any other deliveries in my area so I would have to wait. Again was given one day which was a day I could not take delivery. Eventually I asked to cancel the order as I could not get any sense when asking about my bed and delivery. When I asked for a refund they told me my bed was on the van out for delivery in 5 days (on the day I already told them I couldn’t accept). I reiterated that I wanted to cancel my order then the owner called who said he would discount the bed to salvage the sale and would organise it all and get back to us. Again this did not happen and we have now been almost 7 weeks waiting for a bed. Unfortunately, we had to buy a bed from another store as this company could not fulfil my order and didn’t seem to care either. I wanted to support a family business, but they made it extremely difficult. I would not recommend this company at all.

I struggled to find an ottoman bed which was just the base and no headboard. I chose My Child's Room as their swatches of material felt superior to other companies and the bed looked of better quality for the price. The price was reasonable and delivery tool place within 3 weeks of my order. The delivery staff were courteous and I am really pleased with the finish and quality of the bed. It has a an antislip layer which I wasn't expecting and the lift mechanism is smooth and easy for my 9 year old to operate. The storage underneath is brilliant and we have used it to store bulky board games. We are looking to purchase the wall fitted headboard in panels to finish off the look.

Brilliant service and brilliant quality bed. Normally a bit funny with ordering online since you can't see the quality but the ottoman 2.6ft is brilliantly made. Solid wood bottom instead of sheet. Also amazing customer service. Had multiple messages and calls to check if delivery date was ok, if it had arrived, if I was happy and they answered all questions I had. Also the delivery guys called me in the morning with a rough estimate of when they'll arrive. I will be buying from them again when my other child needs to upgrade

On the website the beds I purchased stated it is delivered in 7-14 days which then took over a month to come. The delivery then arrived at gone 11 at night on a Sunday. Very poor service!

The bed is a quality construction. It's sturdy, looks great and has a nice finish. The delivery was much later than expected and initially the customer service were very slow to respond when i chased up progress with my order. However the aftersale response was very good.

Amazing service and amazing communication, I’ve ordered 3 beds from them and all are great, I ordered the wrong headboard on one of them and they were happy to help and deducted the money from the new headboard I had to order

Ordered side lift single ottoman bed, great colour and fabric, well made, heavy and feels sturdy. Very pleased with it and a great price too. Delivery was a bit longer than expected but my queries were answered quickly and I was told what was happening. Thanks!

I purchased an ottoman storage double bed which was well made, a great price, and the delivery was smooth. The only niggle is that no instructions were provided however the bed was fairly straightforward for put together. Would definitely recommend my child’s room to anyone looking for a sturdy bed with loads of storage.

Ordered two matching single beds with headboards and they have arrived and the material is gorgeous, delivery was about 3 weeks, would deffo order again if needed in the future, great choice of fabrics,colours etc and children have said their beds are very comfortable.

Lovely bed and mattress exactly as I ordered and described on website.
The guys delivering it were helpful polite and professional.

Place my order for 3 beds last month received delivery yesterday they lovley kids pick there own coulers and we got storage end lifting bass only beds .

The delivery took much longer than the website stated, and when the bed finally arrived, it turned up just after midnight. Unfortunately, the bed was longer than expected and didn’t fit properly, so we had to remove the skirting boards to make it work. That said, the bed is well made and my daughter absolutely loves it—it’s just a shame about the issues with delivery and sizing.

Really good customer care, the items can take a while to arrive, but the team always personally contact you and keep you update on the delivery.

Bed is great, delivery organisation wasn’t perfect but very communicative and easy to get hold of which made up for it.
