I just wanted to tell you about Bob, who is our designer/sales person. From the moment he walked into our home he was courteous, friendly and very professional. Bob listened to what we wanted, discussed ideas and options, got to work with his tape measure and the designs we received blew us away. How did he know us so well, easy, because he listened, understood, cared and offered us the absolute best in good old fashioned care and customer service. Needless to say, we are going ahead and looking forward to our two new bedrooms.

Amazing customer service
Recently had my 2 bedrooms fitted with cashmere wardrobe and we are absolutely delighted with them. The designer that came out bob Grimsley was a delight he took the time to listen to what we wanted he went over every detail and made the most of the space we had even when we changed our mind on the colour he never rushed us the whole experience was smooth and professional the quality of the furniture and finish is excellent we couldn’t recommend bob and the company highly enough excellent service from start to finish

Bobby visited my property in December
Bobby visited my property in December, which I had moved into the previous month and which had zero storage in 2 rooms. Bobby was very swift and quickly drew up plans to accommodate our needs. The end design proved to be spot on with its functionality and we were very pleased with the end result. I have only awarded 4 stars, as while Bobby, the surveyor Mark, and the fitters were excellent, 3 of the doors were not delivered. When they were, 1 was the wrong design and I am awaiting a replacement. MyFittedBedroom have great people working to fit an excellent product, but they need to pay greater attention to their administration and crosschecking of orders vs manufacture vs delivery. It really shouldn't be that difficult to get it right!
