My Green Lighting Avis 

Extremely poor service from this company.

Ordered 3 Lights and 1 unfortunately one was faulty. They would not resend a replacement without me first purchasing another and I then had to pay for the shipping on that replacement. Now I have to also pay shipping to resend the faulty one back as they have no means for customers to return items as tracked. When spending over £200 you need to be able to track and return professionally. This company is only offering Royal Mail Freepost Name basic service however there is no assurance when you drop via that method to the Post Office that it will get to the destination. The Post Office will give no receipt or assurance via Freepost Name hence once again you have to pay to send it back professionally with a good enough service to eventually get your refund for the faulty item. Between ourselves and Post Office we decided not to use that method as it was not tracked and phone My Green Lighting again to review options.

Customer Service would not offer any alternative and it is now completely left to myself to pay for a 3rd shipping fee. No concession or alternative offered.

Very dissatisfied with respect to the handling of this issue.

Excellent customer service. Replaced a faulty bulb they had sent within two days.

Very poor retailer My Green Lighting. Supplied faulty item then argued for weeks before agreeing to take back and then would not refund return cost. A throwback 20 years in customer service.

A very efficient company and easy to use website and very competitive prices on Lighting Products. They reply to questions about lighting products very speedily.I would certainly purchase from GreenLighting again.

Ordered two light fittings about lunchtime, they arrived in the post the following day, less that 24 hours. That is brilliant service will definitely use this firm again

We ordered a somewhat adventurous light fitting from MGL, which came promptly. But when we held it in position, it just didn't look right. MGL were very helpful, they were happy for us to return it and gave us a full refund straightaway.
We ordered two different fittings as replacements - and even then we complicated things, by asking for delivery to be delayed. All went ahead, with no problem.
Would have no hesitation in buying from MGL again.

Bought 4 12v led light bulbs. One blew within days but refused to replace unless I dismantle the fitting and send a photo of the transformer. As I am not a qualified electrician I refused. Zero customer satisfaction.

Ordered three oven bulbs as they are small enough to fit the cover, most other bulbs are slightly too wide. Promptly received. However two blew within days. Contact was Meade with the company, communication was excellent. Although I have returned the remaining bulb, the customer service was second to none.

placed my order 3pm on the wednesday and lo and behold its in my hands the next day at 10am this company cannot fail to please on prices and service they are the best i have ever dealt with.

Whenever I need replacement light bulbs I use this Company. Great service and informative website. Lots of information on their site about lighting and the specification of light bulbs. Very helpful when you need further information and guidance.Competitive pricing, good communication and fast delivery. All round it ticks all the boxes.

Hi ordered a westinghouse ceiling fan as we already had some and they are extremely quiet. Looked at various sites and My green lighting had great reviews and were the cheapest. Although delivery was 8.99 it was still cheaper. Delivery was about 2 days and well packed. Well done Green lighting I will b e using you from now on.

Really impressed with this company. Locally in Swindon I was quoted £12 for an item they hadn't even stock but would order for me. My Green Lighting had the item in stock for less than a £1 plus p&p. Excellent and knowledgeable customer help line and their emails confirming the progress of my order even made me smile!

Perfect I made an error and ordered the wrong tubes. James sorted out the problem and was I was credited the original charge and new tubes dispatched promptly. Very good and would recommend using ..

Everything is right about this company. They are BRILLIANT. I telephoned with a query and they could not have been more helpful. I placed my order at 6pm, and a very well packaged parcel arrived the following morning at 8.25am.
Their customer service is right, their prices are right, their packaging is right, their communication is brilliant and their delivery is exceptional. What more could you possibly want? If all companies were like this, wouldn't life be easy. Needless to say I thoroughly recommend them to everyone.

First time using My Green Lighting, but what a fantastic experience.
Easy to navigate the online shop, and purchasing was straight forward enough, but the real 5* experience came 'after' purchase.
They provide friendly, cheery emails, updating you on every part of your order and keeping you in the loop on it's progress.
I'd definitely recommend, and whilst I'd actually sourced some more lights from another supplier, I'm going to go back on to their site now to see if I can use them instead, because their customer service is fantastic!
