Jessica so helpful. Fantastic service
You’ve never heard of them? Don’t worry or panic, Jessica at my kind of cruise has been fantastic! I can’t sing her praises high enough. She was so helpful, I kept changing things and she kept coming back with the goods. I had never heard of them either so like you I googled them and checked reviews just like you are doing. They are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and they always manage to beat the price of others. The Hays travel group took a significant slice of the company recently (I found that out) and these are ABTA & ATOL registered so you have piece of mind. You can download the app to search for deals but Jessica even managed to beat there own online price so worth phoning or emailing them with a list of exactly what you’re after

Great booking experience
Having decided to go a last minute cruise, I searched about for the best deal I could get. Having used My kind of cruise before, I contacted Charlotte, as I promised I would when I was previously browsing for cruises and she managed to beat the best price I had been quoted, keeping all my requests such as cabin location and drinks package. Don't hesitate to use them, this will be my 4th booking with them. Cannot recommend them enough.

So far so good!
First time to book with Luke and the service has been very speedy and I liked getting the password protected quote with the itinerary and photographs - a very slick way of working. Hopefully the interim while we wait for the actual holiday will be as smooth.

Refusal to provide assistance.
While the booking went ahead with minimal issues, when I requested for the booking to be linked with a family members - despite the tools to do so being provided by the cruise line - My Kind of Cruise simply refused to help. First they blamed T&C's but then when pressed couldn't back up their claim from the actual T&C's then had other excuses. I am disappointed that a simple request that is done by others many times was met with lies and reluctance. If a warning about this had been given at the time of booking I would not have booked.
I do not recommend this agent as they refuse to cooperate.
