Great company, easy to get in touch with no long waiting times on hold and the lady I spoke to on the phone to change my number plate was lovely and so helpful.

You will either have a Telematics Device installed by us or you will be sent one that you can install yourself. This will monitor how, when and where you drive. The safer you drive, the higher your score. It will also enable us to provide additional support if needed, like accident support and theft tracking
Limit your miles, lower your costs
The cost of your insurance is based on how far you usually drive. So if you limit your miles, you’ll pay less. But if you go over, you can purchase mileage top-ups at any time.
Save on your renewal
If your Telematics Smart Box tells us that you’re safe behind the wheel, we’ll aim to reward you with money off your renewal costs and mileage top-ups. And as well as potential savings, you’ll also be more informed to become a better driver.

MyPolicy call support
I called MyPolicy in regards to an issue I was having, and I got put through to a lovely woman called Christina and she was amazing. She listened to every problem I had and was more than happy to help get it resolved. I had a few things that needed to be resolved so the call did go on for awhile but she never once seemed bothered and stayed positive throughout.

No offer of removal of Barack box with…
No offer of removal of Barack box with good driving behaviour. Insurance price was still extremely high and usage scoring needs to be improved on how it it monitored

Our products are telematics-based, which means the black box is an integral part of the cover and needs to remain installed for the duration of the policy.
We don’t currently offer non–black box policies or the option to remove the device once it’s fitted, even with good driving behaviour, which we appreciate you may find disappointing.
In terms of pricing and driving scores, your premium is based on a combination of factors, not just your usage score, and our monitoring is designed to reflect overall risk as accurately as possible. We do take on board general feedback about our scoring and monitoring, and your comments will be noted.

Had some problems with my verification…
Had some problems with my verification and was being told my policy would be cancelled if not sorted so I phoned up guy I had on the phone was really friendly straight away and got my problem sorted in about 7 minutes whoever he was . He’s a legend

My policy, is the best insurance company out there.. as this is my first time getting insurance on my first car, it was important I found a company that made me feel good.
The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone to help me verify details, was very patient, and helpful.. and managed to get everything sorted. 😄
