Almost Fruad
These sort of companies should not be allowed to exist. Nothing but a waste of money. They show you a small discount on something you purchase online and when you accept it you sign up to this subscription.
The only way to find out about the subscription is to read the terms and services (which people rarely read) so the user has no clue until they look back through their bank statements and find the money gone.
A subscription service like this should only be able to take money from you if you use it once per month in my opinion.

48 days now and still not paying me
my case has been a "top priority" case for a month and i still haven't got any emails from them, the only emails they sent me were the repeating ones asking for documents i had provided already.
so if you want to earn cashback from their site
1) be prepared to wait for 2 months minimum
2) provide your ID, driver license, passport, tenancy agreement, bank statement, payslips etc, without these they can legally refuse to pay you what you earned with their service

Scammers - somehow get you to sign up without telling you the details - their emails hit spam filters so you never know anything about it then they take £18 a month from you

UPDATE - You've misnamed me in your reply; good start. If you're suggesting that your sign-up process is clear then why are so many people getting it wrong and complaining? If it's constant user error then your sign-up process is flawed.
Deliberately I'd suggest and therefore a scam.

They're selling fake services and starting charging your card after 3 months as "membership" for 18 pounds! They're subscribing you to clone company and charging 2x18 every month for fake service. I've lost 150 pounds with this shitty company! Be aware of their sites: mytimerewards.co.uk and completesavings.co.uk

Scamming pensioners is their game
I have just taken over my fathers finances as he is unable to continue it himelf. I find 2 regular payments of £18 leaving his account. One for COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK and the other for a company called MYTIMEREWARDS.COM. So £36 per month since feb 2024.
I see the replies talking about how people "must" have signed up as thats the only way it works. My father was keen on buying things through Ali Express and so whilst I think it's possible he signed up but almost certainly the sign up was confusing or obsuscated what it was for.
The companies like this who provide nothing in return for a regular income of a pensioner with a lack of internet savvy are scum. All the employees of these companies know how much of a scam the "service" is.
Update: provided as many details as I can. I will let them "investigate"
Update 2: I provided details, communicate through the provided email - this should be enough for you to (a) find his account, and (b) get in touch with me to tell me if and how you will remedy the situation.
As to the value of this service - it's funny how "Mary" is the contact at both the almost universally 1 star rated companies.
