Most likely a scam
They offered me £20.50 cashback on a purchase if I signed up to their subscription service, which I didn't receive, and they weren't clear about how much I would pay for subscription renewal (£18.50). When I contacted them to complain and cancel my subscription, they refunded me the renewal cost, but then took it back from me! I also never received the £20.50, so they owe me about £40

Biggest con I have ever come across
Biggest con I have ever come across. I signed up for this think I'd receive some money back after buy some pizza on the Dominos pizza app. I didn't receive any money back and instead they charged me £18. I cancelled membership and asked for a refund as I'd not knowingly agreed to be charged. This company have repeatedly tried to take £18 from me despite me blocking the payment with my credit card provider. I have now had to temporarily cancel my credit card to stop them.
If I could award zero stars I would.
Edit/update: after being cut off on my first attempt, I finally got through to My Time Rewards (who are a sister company to Complete Savings - a company I had accidentally signed up to but previously cancelled my membership). A helpful lady said they will refund me so I will wait and see...

I was refunded by them.
I initially had concerns after discovering recurring monthly charges that I wasn’t aware of. However, after contacting the company, they investigated the issue and refunded me in full. I appreciate their prompt resolution, but I believe the membership and recurring payments should be made much clearer during the sign-up process to avoid confusion for other customers.

The cashback is usually higher than other cashback sites. As long as you make a purchase each month to get the monthly reward, there's no cost for being a member.
Everything works the way it is described and they keep you up-to-date with emails about your cashback and rewards.

A very suspicious going on...
I had a similar experience to many other users who wonder how My Time Rewards got my credit card details. Complete Savings scammed me in the same way, for the same amount (£18.00 pcm) at the same time. There was no email contact from either of them - because all they have are my credit card details and nothing else, which is most unusual for a so called subscription service. Most service providers send out a copy of what you've signed up for straight away (there really should be a law requiring them to do that). When I noticed the unrecognised transactions on my credit card statement I contacted my bank. who gave me Complete Savings contact details to ask for my money back. To their credit they responded immediately, saying they'll refund my credit card account, cancel the "subscription" and refund those taken by My Time Rewards too. This is all very well, but how did they get my card details in the first place? I've no idea how this could have come about. It seems like fraudulent activity by someone in those organisations.
