MyTriathlon was created in 2008 in the early days of triathlon. Two friends who began training together at their local triathlon club went on to race a Sprint distance, followed by an Olympic distance, before finally completing an Ironman together and finishing a mere five minutes apart! Their journey took them to the committee of their local Triathlon Club in Manchester and onto the Boards of British Triathlon and Triathlon England, before they decided to launch the Tatton Park Triathlon. It was to become the third largest triathlon event in the UK, after London and Blenheim.

So far it has taken 19 days to refund an order that was cancelled by the store and never dispatched. I still do not have my money back. V poor customer service.

We do really apologise for the delay with getting this refund to you. We understand that it must be extremely frustrating to have a delay with your refund.
The reason for this delay is that we cannot provide a refund for a cancelled item when another item on the same order is still waiting to be shipped, as then the other item would also be cancelled.
This was explained to you over email when you contacted us.
I can confirm that the refund was completed for you within a week of the other item on your order being shipped.

Don't use them if you may need a refund
Over a month on and still no refund for a product that I returned immediately as it didn't fit. Won't be using this company again.

We have investigated this for you and we can see that we received your return back on the 18th of February.
It is stated in our terms and condition’s, that our refund process can take up to 21 days. This is agreed to before you place your order with us.
This is because we are a small business therefore returned parcels are checked in manually and refunds are processed manually by our accounts department too.
Due to this, this process can take a little bit longer than customer’s expect.

Avoid at all costs!
Do not use this company if there is any possibility you may want to return an item, their returns policy is at best unethical and they do not meet the terms of it.
I kept a part of my order and sent two items back that did not fit. They acknowledged receipt on 16th February. They state in their policy that returns may take up to 21 days............why, I have no idea. However, after lodging a chargeback on my credit card, and chasing twice, once after the 21 day terms of their returns policy, I have eventually received the refund today............one calender month after they acknowledged they had received the goods. I am in the process of raising this with Trading Standards as an unfair and unethical practice by a company failing to meet the terms of their returns policy as it is clear from their reviews that this is their usual practice for returned items and is an unacceptable practice for managing cashflow which need investigating and a stop putting to it to protect other consumers.

Great communication
Great communication.
I had chosen next day delivery but customer services quickly contacted me to say this wasn’t possible on the pack of energy bars I had purchased, and offered alternative options and a refund of the delivery fee. Even so, it arrived within two days (in time for my event).

Really pleased with MyTriathlon's order turnaround and customer service when I needed to exchange a shortie wetsuit and get a different size sent in time for my swim camp. They had what I wanted at the best price I could find, too!

I found the service disappointing
I found the service disappointing, the products you sell are the same from anywhere so don't think can have issue with that..
However you don't make it clear that the buyer is responsible for the postage if you need to return and replace a product even if the product size doesn't match the sizing guide.
I do understand that to sell at a competitive price you need to charge to return items but I had to pay for the postage for the replacement .....
