MyTriathlon was created in 2008 in the early days of triathlon. Two friends who began training together at their local triathlon club went on to race a Sprint distance, followed by an Olympic distance, before finally completing an Ironman together and finishing a mere five minutes apart! Their journey took them to the committee of their local Triathlon Club in Manchester and onto the Boards of British Triathlon and Triathlon England, before they decided to launch the Tatton Park Triathlon. It was to become the third largest triathlon event in the UK, after London and Blenheim.

I have investigated this for you and I can see you placed your order with us on the 26th of January and selected standard shipping, which is only an estimated 5-7 working day delivery. We shipped your order the following day.
I can not see we have received any communication from you, following up on your delivery process.
Unfortunately, with International deliveries, there can be some slight delays, however once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we are not informed of any delays until a customer follows this up with us.
However, we have investigated this further for you, and I can see the latest update is from the 10th of February which states this is due to delivery. If you have any further issues with this delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@mytriathlon.co.uk
I do sincerely apologise for the delay and I do hope this has not caused too much of an inconvenience.

Avoid, they do not give refunds after weeks of chasing
if you return an item you will wait weeks for a refund, I am still waiting after a month, very poor customer service

However 2 of these communication were inside of our 21 day refund policy.

Poor company service
Coat was far to big so sent back, had to pay for the return and done it 24 hours tracked
So I could get my money back to then be told I have to wait up to 21 days. DISGRACE

It is stated in our terms and conditions, that our refund process can take up to 21 days.
This is agreed to before you place your order with us.
This is because we are a small business therefore returned parcels are checked in manually.
Your refund request is then passed over to our accounts department, who then also completes this manually.
Due to this, this process can take a little bit longer than customers expect.
We have requested for this to be processed as a priority, and I can assure you that our team are working as quickly as possible to do so!
We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you but we are working on systems to increase this refund period for customers going forwards.

Not great experience
I ordered the goggles I always wear for swimming and when I used them they fogged up so badly I couldn’t swim. I informed the company who told me to send photos to warranties dept. I did that but have heard nothing.

We have investigated this for you and I can see that you initially reported the issue to us on the 20th of January.
Our warranties department responded to you on the 21st of January to inform you that these issues are not usually deemed as a warranty issue.
However as a good will gesture, we are more than happy to issue you a store credit as we do not have a direct replacement available unfortunately.
The process for store credits can take up to 14 days, however I have requested for this to be completed as a matter of urgency for you!

Unfortunately, we are not in the position to absorb that cost internally, but we do advise the customer on ways to keep the cost as low as possible.

Orca neoprene cap
I find neoprene swim caps with a chin strap somewhat uncomfortable. Haven't tested this one in the sea yet but it feels great - snug and warm.
My Triathlon's price was the best I could find and the item was despatched/arrived really promptly. Excellent service.

Absolutely rubbish experience
Absolutely rubbish experience. I received the incorrect size bikini , sent it back around 5th for a refund. It’s 30 th December, and still no refund - have chased several times , the usual apology but no idea of when this will be refunded . Absolutely poor service

I have investigated the matter and am very sorry that you received the incorrect size. We did offer to send a replacement item; however, you chose to proceed with a refund instead. To ensure you were not inconvenienced further, we also provided a free returns label so there was no cost to you.
Regarding your refund, I understand the frustration caused by having to follow this up. As a small business, many of our processes are handled manually, and unfortunately, during the Christmas period we experienced some unexpected delays. I can see that your last communication was received on 30/12, and your refund was processed the following day once our office had re-opened.
