Nafees Bakers Ltd Avis 

Been using the shop for years prices very high but staff friendly.. but today had guests & the veg samosa were off what we would is a "laysa swaad" Too late to get in touch as the shop was shut but very very disappointed as no quality checks or selling old stock. Either way not acceptable never had this issue with gorray shops only apnaay selling old stock. Wont be shopping there in a hurry. Suggest others shop elsewhere or be careful.

I ordered a buttercream and was given a fresh cream cake instead.

Always happy with the online service quality, presentation, detail to work, taste alway on point 10/10. Not to mention how reasonable the cakes actually are. So fresh and fluffy just the right consistency.

Absolutley first class got a cake made for my hubbys birthday as he had never experienced a nafees cake and he loved it , these cakes are the best, i would recomend them every time thank you

I called their customer service number (01274 483913) to enquire about any potential franchise opportunities, but the experience was quite disappointing. The person who answered responded rudely with just a blunt “no,” offering no further information or assistance. For a company of this size, you would expect a far higher standard of professionalism and customer service. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of courtesy from a brand that should take pride in how it represents itself.

Staff is rude and the quality of the food is not what they charge you for. It is overpriced and lacks taste. It is not fresh and tastes stale. I would not recommend the Preston branch at all.

Fresh cream cakes base not fresh? What was supposed to be a great 2nd birthday turned into a nightmare as soon as guests took a bite of the cake. First time it has ever happened but a night not easily forgotten by any parent. Very disappointed and will avoid in future. Be aware, you have been warned.

I purchased cupcakes for my sister's Birthday and when I collected it and tasted it they were ready bought cupcakes from Asdas horrible cheap me and my family could tell right away. They had decorated it to cover up the fact that the cupcakes were not freshly made. Wont be ordering again.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2012, but I was disappointed to find peanuts used instead of almonds in the Rasmalai. With the price increase and change in ingredients, it feels like quality has been compromised. This has affected my trust, and I can no longer recommend Nafees Rasmalai.

Ordered a cake for my brother in UK. Everything went smooth with the initial online order. As this was a surprise, i couldn't contact my brother before and only contacted him after placing the order, turned out he couldn't pick up the order on the date.

It was clearly my fault but the team went above and beyond and offered another cake, which they clearly didn't have to!

They will be my go to for all my sweet needs

I ordered a 9 inch plain fresh cream cake on late Wednesday night which I collected on the Friday. It was perfectly decorated as requested with a birthday message, it looked impressive and tasted amazing. Enjoyed by all who had the pleasure of eating the cake, the sponge was the lightest I have ever eaten the cream lovely and fresh. Service on collection day was quick and easy. We will definitely shop here again collected from the Cheetham hill branch. Be careful parking at a premium which is not the shops fault...

I tried to order 5kg mitai from Nafees in Longsight. Very rude gentleman who put the phone down on me whilst placing an order. Rang back and challenged him for his bad manners and awful customer service. His response was they’re busy. Could’ve said to call back. Very unprofessional!!Decided not to order from there and never will.

Ordered a cake online, collected today. The colours were darker than expected, the design was different from the picture advertised & worse thing out of all, I ordered buttercream & they gave me fresh cream. Ofcourse I didn’t realise until we cut it. Pure disappointment. Definitely will not be ordering again. Why advertise cakes & then something completely different to customers. I will also be making a phone call complaint to the Birmingham branch Stratford road tomorrow. What you pay for is what you should get, not anything different!

Went to the dudley branch to order 30 boxes of mixed mithai for a celebration, they were so helpful and polite i would defo go back to this branch in dudley the staff are a credit to your company great stuff

I would like to give a. Review to Rochdale nafeez from an experience which was an absolute disgrace .. we have been buying from this shop for many years but recently a member of staff spoke very rudely to my parent.the shop assistant He was pouring biscuits in a box but as he was pooring the biscuits my parent said to him not to throw the biscuits in the box and to poor them calmly —- the shop assistance response was he said to my parent this is how we serve biscuits ….. his respeonse should have been kind and respectful approach he could have said I am sorry sir or perhaps if the shop assistance was doing this accidentally he could have said no sir I am not throwing the biscuits in the box and say I’m am sorry if u feel this way … but instead his words were …..this is how we serve and showing attitude and rude behaviour . How dare he even speak rudely to my family member .. i find the attitude of people who work in this shop very rude and not friendly and not approachable - after today I will never step foot in this store and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either

Ordered a cake on Tuesday for a pickup on Saturday and it was exactly what I had ordered with every single detail I had put in the comments. Very pleased with the customer service both online and in store.

We got samosas and jalebi from this place. The samosas were full of air and a teaspoon of filling.
The jalebis were tasting of samosas and pakoras. Clearly fried in same oil. They went into the bin.
We emailed head office who never bothered replying.
We have never been to nor will go to nafees ever again.
The men that work there are so unprofessional and find everything funny and clearly from abroad. Pulling fast ones and charging extra unless you pick up on the fact they put extra money on your bill for their own sufaarish!!! What a joke!!!
The incidents occurred at the nelson lancashire branch. The staff looked as if they sere from abroad and had a careless attitude already. We were so angered clearly those who sold this rubbish knew they were selling rubbish. We binned it as the Asian usual response is a fob off. We will never go back and selling this stiff to people Nafees is happy duping us out of money and don't care if customers don't come back. The place looks like it's run by immigrants staff. Email was sent toba place in Bradford or that area stating it was head office online. Email was ignored
