Nafees Bakers Ltd Avis 

I order I drink online I when to pick it up in store they said it wasn't there I am not very happy as a customer service they never refund my money back yet I am.waiting I never got the refund
Now the nafees bakery email told me to delete the review I still waiting for a refund when I said send me proof they never relpy on that I need proof if u send money to me

We ordered three sweet gift boxes through UberEats, but unfortunately, nothing was delivered. No delivery code was given, and the order was strangely marked as delivered when we had actually not received anything. There was also no way of contacting Uber to sort this out. Something about all of this seemed suspicious — just a warning to others to be cautious ordering online, This unfortunate incident happened with us in Glasgow on Eid Day, very sad as it wasted couples of to to try to resolve but there was no support available. Uber Eats has no human to pick up call, it is just an AI phone record machine as we tried several times for couple of hours at least to speak to driver to find our where is our order but absolutely no help was available. Driver first disabled the code generation so that no code is required to mark the order as delivered and it seems driver was involved in this scam of taking order at home or giving to some own people.

Order never delivered. No delivery code was sent or requested, which raises serious concerns about a potential scam. The order was marked as delivered, but nothing ever arrived. No help or support was available through the app or UberEats – it was impossible to reach anyone. Something is seriously wrong here. Please be careful when ordering from this place. The place of this scam was Glasgow, very sad by this incident as it ruined our Eid Day.

Beware!!!! Please do not place any order online, there is scam going on for online orders from this store. My order never arrived today on Eid day, I was told, driver is our, I put right address. it was Eid Gift for £32.59. Driver never came near my building, just kept riding somewhere in next street deliberately with an intention for not to deliver my gift of
2kg Special Assorted Mix Methai Gift Box 2kg . It made me stressed and sad by stealing my order, no help available, it was daytime burglary. It must not happen. please beware from this scam so do not buy online it wasted my couple of hours and there is no support available. It was Glasgow branch, no code was generated which is very important to stop any driver from taking any expensive order with them or delivering to place of their choice, there is order number in your system if you will check it.

Excellent products. Cake rusk are best I’ve had in the U.K.

I visited this outlet on 23rd of feb in sparkhill.I submitted the order of 2 potions of breakfast.....they took more than 30 minutes for order to delivered...also food was couple of days old....very unprofessional attitude and poor standard of food convince us have our say.

Purchased a cake for my daughter sweet 16, must say that the cake was fresh and really delicious and light, presented really well, excellent value for money.

The somosa chaat from Nafees is amazing. Range and quality of metai is very good. Pateesa was great & is very difficult to locate in UK. Somosas are delicious, huge in size and filled to the brim with chicken. Staff are welcoming. The cakes are great value for money & is the go to spot for any celebration.

I ordered the milk cake from the bakery that my friend got for me. To be frank wasn’t expecting much but genuinely when i ate it oh my god. It was so smooth and mouth melting. I couldn’t resist but eat the half box in one go. Beautiful and exceptionally good.

We recently ordered three cakes from Nafees Cakes through their online store, and overall, we were very impressed. The cakes were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, exactly what we were hoping for. Everyone from young to old commented on how tasty they were!

There was a small issue with one of the first cakes we ordered, which seemed to be related to the branch we ordered from, and not the online store. However, Basit and the online store staff were very apologetic and quick to address the situation. Special thanks to Basit for his excellent customer service. I recently had a very bad experience at Nafees Bakery, which was completely unexpected given my previous positive visits. I purchased a chocolate cake and requested the salesman to add a Thanksgiving note on it. Unfortunately, he couldn’t do it properly and said he would provide a new one. However, he called the supervisor, and things went downhill from there.

The supervisor was extremely rude and insisted I take the same cake instead of providing a replacement. To make matters worse, he began shouting at me in front of other customers, creating a humiliating scene. Eventually, all the staff joined in, raising their voices at me in a completely unprofessional and unacceptable manner.

This level of poor customer service and unprofessional behavior is shocking. I’ve purchased cakes from Nafees before and never faced anything like this. I hope management addresses these issues seriously to prevent such experiences for other customers in the future.

Very happy with the service to order a cake. It was very easy to do over WhatsApp and I love the fact they are flexible with changes etc.
