I ordered from Nafees Bakers & Sweets for a corporate event. I was in communication with Basit from head office and the entire process was was very smooth and professional. I made a special request for the mithai to be delivered to the premises and the order was delivered on time, the delivery team kept me in the loop throughout the day up until the items were delivered. The mithai was delivered in lovely packaging, it was fresh and tasted delicious. They put so much time and effort into this order and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be ordering again and would recommend Nafees bakers to for dessert catering. Their website is also really great and professional. I’m very satisfied with the quality of food and service provided.

Excellent customer service by Basit from head office. He really went above and beyond to fulfill our request for the type of cake we wanted and ensured it is communicated to the store we need to pick up from.
We really felt at ease placing our order over the phone with him. We have had Nafees bakery cakes before and really enjoyed them but this time customer service went above and beyond from Basit- thank you so much !

Ordered for my brothers 5th Birthday the cake came broken, was very loose from the base split in two. I brought it to back to the shop whilst the function was happening. Staff was no help and blamed it on me, the cake was clearly not fully set. It spoiled the whole function. Very upset. I also called twice for the complain procedure nothing has happened.

I purchased 3 meat samosa from brach located at Levenshulme, stockport road, Manchester M19.
Upper texture was very bubbly hard and crunchy like old stuff not fresh. Inside filling was just in one cornor and the rest two sides were empty. Taste was not appreciable.
I would not dare to buy again.

Nafees, Alum Rock Road, Birmingham. Recently attended and I was overcharged twice. The bill should have been £11 totalled up £24.99. When challenged and I was refunded. Poor customer service with no apology. Avoid this place.

Cake box for a 12”, 2 kg cake- absolutely flimsy with the lid covering less than half of the box. No sticky tapes to stick the lid to the box. Asked for a carry bag, said they had none for that cake (pre-ordered)!!!!
Gush of wind and the flimsy box collapsed and fell with the cake fallen face down- end of a cake worth more than £60.
Had to rush to a nearby Cake Box Shop to rescue us- automatically provided in a sturdy box secured with sticky tapes.
Never going back to Nafees for any cakes!

I bought Mathaiy from the bradford Great Horton branch l, as I needed a emergency the mathaiy box and mathiy smelt of cooked onions. Even my clothes had a smell. They were rude as would not return and refund me. I will never go to this branch again.

Cheetham hill, manchester. cooperative staff, great experience I must say staff is well trained. The unique and good thing is, they provide methai box which is presentable and they exclude the weight of the box which is a positive impact. And everything in methai and bakery items are fresh. 5 stars from my side.

I wish if there was a 0 star option for review ,for poor customers services and stinginess ,To day I bought diffrent sort of sweets and bakery for eid day tomorrow,and I was surprised that one member staff was that stingy putting all the stuff into one bag, I requested atleast to put it in separate bags, as the biscuits and bakery will be ruined before reach home ,but the way he looked at me ,like I have said something bad to him,and was still continue doing the same thing, so I took all the stuff out of one bag and return to him and told him to keep the bag I will carry all the stuff in my hands ,luckily my doughter was with me and both carried it to the car. I am customer for long time but after today seeing this stingy man will avoid nafees bakery in Bradford BD3.

Honestly before opening their review site I did not expect their ratings to be that bad and the very first bad review was for Sheffield branch. Few months back I had ordered 10kg sweets and 2 cakes. Couple of days later when I picked up my order I requested a very small empty sweet box. The guy refused and didn't mind with that. Would have paid for the box but had left my wallet in the car. Being disable and car parked bit further, pretty bad weather and was too late I didn't mind. But the worst is to come.
Today I again went to order same and asked for their cake menu which they had misplaced. The guy did not even bother to look for it and started showing me on his laptop. Out of a joke I said I'll only order from menu and this arrogant idiot asked me to go somewhere else. I ignored and out of further conversation he straightaway told me that AAP LOGO KI AADAT HAI JHOOT BOLNE KI ( YOU GUYS ARE LIARS). This was more directly a RACIST REMARK.I straightaway left without ordering and gave my business elsewhere I know by loosing my business now and in future won't effect them but for those who don't count on their self respect can give their business to these ARROGANT, UNEDUCATED & RUDE COMPANY Not only Sheffield but months back when I visited them in Coventry I had a very bad experience where their staff were rude and arrogant. I believe this is the way Nafees bakery as a whole have a tendency of dealing with their customers.

Absolutely poor customer service by sheffield .samosas and chicken rolls tasted like half cooked food...Very bad and Arrogant attitude towards the customers... don't spend your valuable money with this Arrogants

Customer service is very very poor. Not only poor but the staff are arrogant and to much negligent.

I bought 30kg sweet from this shop recently for an occassion but total disappointment for their service.

I went to the store in Cheetham Hill Manchester back in April. The young lad was very helpful. Gave me a great deal on the mithai boxes and threw in couple items for free. Great service with the warmth of Bradford brotherhood.

I went before 7 o'clock he said closd but on door said 7 o'clock close after I went mughals leeds road

Gulab jaman are always wonderful, but extremely Incompetent staff the other day went to the store and bought a KG sweet requested them Barifi and Gulab Janam instead of Barfi they added something else which i am not sure about
Ignored the same error on Eid Day but now I believe it's a habit !!
