Nafees Bakers Ltd Avis 

Ordered a quantity of Asian Sweets in boxes from Sheffield S4 Branch upon distribution found that nearly all of them were covered with syrup including the fancy bows also the assortment of sweets that I had paid for in the boxes weren't accordingly given so all in all disappointed at the service 🥺

Went in to cheetham hill branch served by Sheraz very good customer service very polite and helpful.

I received Fantastic customer service from the Leeds Queens Road store, the kind member of staff even delivered the cake to my home address,

The cake was AMAZING, I will definitely recommend Nafees Bakery to friends and family.

Customer service was very quick and pleasant. Extremely nice and clean place.
Samosas I bought were tasty and full of filling. I would recommend it.

0 stars is more appropriate but sadly not an option. I went to Nafees on Caldnire Rd, Walsall. Pre ordered a cake for my sons 21st birthday. Arrived to collect it and the chap showed me the cake, it looked exactly as I had requested, and just as he was about to put the writing on with icing, he said sister I'm going to give you a better cake than this the writing will match it more. I thought nothing of it, the one he was showing me was quite similar, he put the happy 21st message on and we took it home and put it in the fridge. The following night my son cut his cake during the party and we served it, the cream had gone off and tasted absolutely revolting. The disappointment can't be put into words, it ruined the evening for my son and our guests. What is unforgivable about this is that he did it knowingly. I called him on the next day and he was very rude and obnoxious, it was very clear from his time that he had done it knowing that the cake was already going off. Integrity is everything, I dread to think what happens behind the scenes,

Disgusting undercooked samosas with mashed potato and few coriander seeds for filling. Do NOT buy samosas from here, even if you are desperate. Just walk across the road to Al Hamra, their samosas are better.
And to top it off Nafees gives no chutneys or sauce with the samosas!
To Staff at Nafees, ' Have you ever visited the Longsight branch?'
They have taste in their samosas and the best chutneys to go with it as complimentary.
Save yourselves time and money and avoid this Nafees.
Plus this Nafees does take into account the weight of box when giving mithai so you will be paying for alot less mithai than other mithai shops in Manchester. How can they claim that they weigh the mithai before putting it in the box? What a joke. Avoid!

Worse cakes too much cream and over cooked too dry...couldn't eat.
Made a complaint in good faith but they treated me that I am lying.
Worse people...to deal with.

Nice food, need more locations

Been shopping at nafees for the past decade and thought I will review this business, which never disappoints, fresh cream cakes , asian sweets, to include my favourite barfi and gulam jamun , and very friendly customer service

Nafees Sweet Centre on Cheetham Hill Road Manchester - bought some sweets priced at £9 / kilo, they put it in a cardboard box then put it on the scales to measure out the weight you requested. Guess how much the box weighs on its own? 210 grams! So if you ask for 500 grams, they put it in a box which weighs 210 grams, so you're actually only getting less than 300 grams but paying for 500 grams. I only realised when I got home and weighed the box without the contents! This is misleading and untrustworthy behaviour by Nafees Bakers!

Morally and Islamically (several Hadiths about giving 'full measure') this is bad behaviour - they should be clear on how they price their products. If nearly £2.50 of my £10 is loaded on to the weight of their packaging (which probably only costs them a few pence wholesale) then I call this cheating the customer.

I will look for ways to complain to Manchester Trading standards about this.
