Highly recommend
Rather an expensive purchase for a large rug. Requested several samples, all arrived quickly. Easy to get hold of someone on the phone for specific queries, information about delivery clear, the rug arrive well packaged and is absolutely superb and much admired!

A very satisfied customer
I have just bought my third rug from this company. My experience has been very positive. All my questions were answered promptly, the rugs always arrived as promised. As a customer, I feel looked after, which is great. The rugs are very stylish and of high quality. I have three children and a dog, a household with high traffic everywhere and the rugs show no signs of wear and tear, no fibers sticking out, no stitches undone. Somehow, it is very uplifting to use a product that has been well made.

Lovely made to measure seagrass rug
Lovely made to measure seagrass rug with border. Looks great in our lounge. Delivery took a little longer than expected but no problem as we are so pleased with the rug. Always received a prompt reply to my e mails and kept up to date about the delivery date and 2 hour delivery window.

Good Rug
Product is great. Delivery didn't show up in timelines expected - no comms until I prompted - at which point the issue was resolved and the rug delivered. On balance, I would use them again.
