The Natural Rug Store Avis

Have just received my order, which was packaged so well, really impressed, and the jute rug is stunning, absolutely thrilled with it. Ordered several samples and spent a long time making a decision to order, so glad I used Natural Rug Store, can highly recommend.

Ich habe The National Rug store im Internet gefunden und für meine Tochter in Battersea/London einen sisal rug für den entrance ausgesucht. Sehr verlässliche Firma und sehr schönes Produkt! Thank you!

Very responsive to my questions at the time of ordering and the order was fulfilled as promised, in fact earlier.

Polite and efficient service and end product fitted the space perfectly. Great quality and would recommend to others 😊

I was able to purchase a bespoke rug, with my own particular dimensions. The company were reassuringly informative, from making the order, confirming it and arranging delivery of the product. The rug was packaged carefully, so it arrived safely and it was easy to install in my house.

Only company I found that did made to measure natural fibre mats - amazing selection. Expensive but you get what you pay for!

Brought 3 rugs in different colours and for different rooms, all good quality and the products had been accurately represented on the web site so what arrived was as expected. The ability to order made to measure rugs so they fit exactly as needed is v. Useful. I don’t think the additional latex underlay is needed. The latex on the back of the rug holds the rug in place on vinyl room (hall), wooden floor (office), I worried it was stick to a slate floor (kitchen) and it does, meaning if ever needed to replace then lifting the latex underlay will need some significant cleaning of the sticky latex left on the floor. Still 5 stars through as the underlay was my choice. I personally wouldn’t risk underlay on a wood or vinyl floor and the rugs stay put without it anyway.

So happy with our stair runner! Gorgeous quality

I ordered two rugs and they are both beautifully made and a perfect fit. They were made much more quickly than expected and arrived having been securely packaged. Very, very happy.

Very happy with it and would recommend them highly

The mat was well made. Manufacture takes a little time but it arrived when The Natural Rug Store said it would

Really good rug, made to my measurements. Delivered as stated. Have purchased a number of rugs over the years from this company and everything always perfect. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend unreservedly.

Very happy with the quality and overall appearance of our lovely jute rug which arrived really well packaged. Customer service/communication excellent which is a rarity in today's age so would definitely recommend this company. Thank you, keep up the good work!

Beautiful rugs made to order. Very efficient and quick

The rug is exactly as pictured and described and is excellent quality. It is well worth waiting for.

I had purchased a rug for my kitchen years ago. The rug itself was still in excellent condition but the edging was poor. I asked if they, Crucial, provided a service to replace the edging but no go. Leon however, offered me a 10% discount if I ordered a new rung, which I did. And it was fabn-u-lous. Sad news, I spilt black coffee on my new mat which has stained. Vanish did no favours. Took the colour out.
