Neptune - Bath Avis 

Attended a 2-hour workshop on creating a "moodboard" as an aide-memoire for design ideas for a room to be decorated/furnished. What a win-win this workshop was! I had few ideas about how to decorate our new-build flat but in 2 hours with 3 staff in attendance I (and 6 others) got advice and suggestions on paint colours, flooring, rugs, curtains, furnishings... and was given samples and paint to model it all on a take-home Moodboard. Plus, had lovely coffee and biscuits, lots of laughs, and concrete ideas for making my new home lovely. All for £10! Wow. For Neptune of course - they got 7 of us pouring over their catalogues, paints, fabrics etc. etc. and almost certainly all of us will purchase from the store now. The £10 is refundable if we buy anything... but I suspect I shall be spending LOADS more than that. Thank you ladies for a super morning, and top notch customer service.

What a positive weekend we enjoyed selling Brax to all the lovely Neptune customers in the fabulous Bath store.
Maisie organised the market so well with good communication and unflappable ease and all the stalls complimented eachother. Annabel was a star seller, encoraging shoppers to try clothes on , taste everything and buy! Looking forward to hopefuully another one in the Spring.

I had a lovely morning at Neptune browsing through the wonderful array of items on offer. Such a great selection of clothing, artisan products and food on offer.

The Summer Market was just the experience I was hoping for - showcasing some beautiful local products in the gorgeous surroundings of the Neptune store. The rum tasting was delicious and made buying everything following that a little more relaxed!
Well done Maisie and the team. Can't wait for the Christmas one!

We were one of the exhibitors at the Summer market and had the most wonderful weekend meeting all Neptune's lovely customers (and their dogs!) and all the Neptune staff who are absolutely stellar. Maisie organised everything beautifully. It was such a fab experience and we're so hoping you decide to repeat it at Christmas!

I am a regular at Bath Neptune, I love everything! Your staff are always helpful, particularly Annabel who has a great sense of style, she has helped me with two rooms at home and is always spot on with her advice. I was at the Sunday Market at on 3 September and up she popped again, full of smiles and guidance as to which small businesses were there.

What a delightful store the Bath one is. Light airy, beautifully laid out. Fabulous products and delicious cafe attached. Beautiful outside seating area to boot.

Annabel Chapman helped us navigate the sofas, materials and furniture - what a joy she was. So knowledgeable, helpful and full of joy. We came away enthused and inspired.

I love Neptune and buy lots of products from them. Their customer service is second to none and delivery staff always really helpful

A lovely idea and we bought candles and cheese from the market and a cup from Neptune. My feedback if you wanted to improve anything:
- Ticket said 9.30 but store/event didn’t open until 10am on Sunday
- No one checked our ticket which was fine but would have been nice if ticket holders got a little goody bay or gift?
- We LOVE Neptune but not sure the Neptune side of the event was capitalised? Maybe we missed something
But overall it was lovely and if you do a Christmas version we will be back!

Amazing summer market at Neptune Bath, great products, friendly staff.

Arrived at 9.30 at the time we booked to find nothing ready. Thought we would have a coffee and wait for everything to get set up and although it looked very open was told very sharply by a member of the cafe staff they weren’t open until 10

If you advertise an event to start at 9.30 then it should be ready

Lovely store. The best Neptune one I have visited. Jaq’s cafe is great. A real asset to the shop. All makes for a good experience. Always a pleasure to visit.

Great service and product, expensive but worth every penny and the delivery men were so lovely. Really efficient and quick delivery to.

Beautiful products. Excellent service. If I could afford to redo the whole house they would be my first choice.

We had such an amazing evening with our fabulous hosts, Annabel and Maisie and Neil teaching us to make 3 delicious cocktails. Neptune is a beautiful store and the shopping afterwards was fun - I am really pleased with my new glasses. I am looking forward to the next event!

My friend and I had a lovely evening at the cocktail masterclass. We had a glass of fizz on arrival from the great hosts Annabel and Maisie. Neil made the tutorials fun and added to the buzzing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the event!

Such a treat to go to the cocktail making masterclass at my local Neptune. From the moment I walked in, hosts Maisie and Annabel were warm and welcoming. In the lovely atmosphere of one of the store’s stunning kitchen spaces, Neil taught us how to make three delicious cocktails (definitely adding the strawberry daiquiri to my limited repertoire). With a little late night shopping too, against which our cocktail class tickets were redeemable, it was a brilliant value and fun evening.
