Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Neptune - pretty things and a lot of good quality things too! I would not look any further for a high quality furniture at more or less reasonable price, which is also very well designed. But boy, oh boy, a few of your staff I had the pleasure of meeting have a snobbish attitude.
Do your business a favor and train your staff to be nice. This won't cost much but will make such a difference!! After all, you don't want to be constantly putting your items on sale.

Lovely staff
I’ve been to at least 6 different Neptune’s across the uk and the staff are friendly but Canterbury store is by far the best with lovely and very helpful staff 😍

From initial showroom contact with Neptune, to the Installation stage, every person involved has been professional, caring and creative, from Designer, Project Manager to Installers.
I was expertly guided through the design process, my questions and queries were patiently and professionally answered and my own views sought on design of my kitchen.
The professionals from Neptune interacted so professionally with the team I had employed for electrical, plumbing, and decorative work, ensuring a smooth and trouble free installation to meet Neptune's high standards.
I am so pleased I chose Neptune.

Cooking demo at Canterbury
I attended Becky’s cooking demonstration at the Canterbury store. I had such a pleasant evening. It was the first time I’d visited the store but my sister had told me on numerous occasions how much she loved Neptune and all of its furniture and accessories.
I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and the demo was fun and informative. The food was delicious! I came away with recipes which I am definitely doing again and an amazing goodie bag! I felt very spoilt.
I am planning on updating my living room this year so I will definitely be back (I need to know what colour paint you used on your walls as that is exactly what I want 🤣).
Thank you Neptune Canterbury. I think you may be my new favourite store! ♥️

Moodboard Masterclass Canterbury
I attended the Moodboard Masterclass in Canterbury. I cannot praise the designers enough, they inspired us all and made it so simple to create our moodboards and I was extremely inspired with my design. We had access to so many beautiful samples and expert advice. Everyone was so friendly and spoilt with drinks and mince pies. Thankyou to the Canterbury team, highly recommend. Karen

Sample board evening
Sample board evening.
As always it was a lovely, relaxed, informative & very helpful evening of putting together my own sample board for a room I am looking to redecorate.
Whenever I visit all the staff are always welcoming, friendly & very helpful.
I cannot recommend Neptune Canterbury highly enough.
