The Chester store is lovely, easily accessible, plenty of parking and set out and staged beautifully. The large store allow you to see a large range of products. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

I did not receive this as stated timewise so had to contact Neptune as it is for a 60th birthday present. Also the invoice was for £30.49 and I was debited £32.95. Not really impressed with the packaging either. Looked shoddy.

The cobwebs in the ladies room are also quite unbelievable

Office Furniture Installation
It goes without saying that the quality of the Neptune units for our office is excellent. However build quality isn’t always matched by the level of installation or on-site service. Rob our fitter took great care to make sure everything went smoothly and the assembled unit was exactly how we wanted it. Great service
