Fabulous afternoon at Neptune Chichester Easter Wreath Workshop. Laura (Hawthorn & Hoe), who ran the workshop, was so friendly and knowledgeable. She expertly taught us how to add the moss, foliage and bulbs to the wire ring, to create a wonderful spring wreath. I learnt so much. The materials were beautiful, with so much to choose from. As always the store had a calm, relaxing atmosphere and the staff were super welcoming x

The Chichester showroom is a great opportunity to see the Neptune design and products in situ. The staff were very helpful.

We had excellent service today by Jo. We had some great design advice on how we can style our house with ornaments and vases. Really friendly, nothing was too much, not rushed. Fabulous experience, thank you. We’ll be back.

We ordered our bed, staff more than helpful at purchase point and follow up. Your delivery company excellent with contacting us, the delivery and assembly of the bed, faultless, the boys were polite, could not fault. I will definitely recommend Neptune to friends. Thank you, it has been a pleasure.

Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful showroom and delighted with the picture I bought in the sale.

I signed up for a Mood Board creation session with Helena at Chichester. I was sceptical about how useful I would find it and was delighted to find it very helpful in solving design solutions for revamping our kitchen/dining room. Helena the designer was so inspirational and guided me to a colour palette I would never have even thought of ! Really enjoyable and when I have a bigger project I will not hesitate to use the design services of Neptune.

Went in and was welcomed by a thew of the staff hoo were in view as we walked in with a nice smile.

They said need any thing just ask offered us a coffe as they had just made some witch we fort was very nice

The store is so very nicely presented and clean. The missis wished it was her home as wanted everything. Got a couple of little bits and we were served by some lovely lady's at the till gemma Jenny and spoke to a man called Howard they all seemed so helpfull

Walked past the design office too witch was nice to know for when we get are new kitchen and had a quick word with the lady's out there. Will definitely be coming back and telling friend a and family about it.

Excellent cookery demonstration by Becky Wilkinson at Neptune Chichester. Delicious, healthy recipes that I look forward to trying at home. Such a lovely store, full of beautiful things and welcoming, friendly staff. Always a pleasure to shop there!

The problem that I had with a previous order was very quickly resolved. The problem shouldn’t have occurred in the first place.

The friendly welcome and effortless service put the whole experience of shopping onto a different level.
The layout of the displays were perfect which made the ease of deciding so much better then other shops.

Went into the Chichester store today to mainly look at the sales goods. I was needing one certain plate that wasn’t on the shelf and the staff were so helpful hunting high and low for me and they found one! Thank you Debs.
I also then chatted to Jo the kitchen advisor and got very excited about the prospect of installing one of their designs in my next house. Altogether a great shopping experience in a beautifully laid out showroom. Only problem is, it makes it very hard to resist bying something!😊

Fabulous items and customer service as always. I rang the shop as they were out of stock online and they had 2 so I purchased over the phone and they patiently waited for me to collect (I got delayed due to being ill!)
