Neptune - Hailsham Avis 

Great ideas and suggestions for our new TV room. Gorgeous products, colours and style.

Difficulties experienced with consistency and also fitting the products. Neptune very good at supplying everything and offering suggestions but actually putting it all together was left to us.

I ordered step stool and Brushed brass tall candle stick and both were very good quality
I was impressed with oak stool made of high quality hence so heavy which means it’s sturdy.

The showroom is absolutely stunning. I could spend hours in there so the offer of a hot drink whilst you wonder round is a really nice touch! Couldn’t fault the staff either. Smiley, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Shannan was amazing and helped create a beautiful flower display which is now pride of place in our home

Popped in on Friday for the first time and what an amazing shop - huge in size with everything you could possibly want/need for your home, along with giving great ideas. Both Katy and Shannan gave excellent customer service with a smile and went above and beyond - the coffee was an added bonus.
Will definitely be back soon!!

Staff always pleasant and efficient

Kept up-to-date with delivery. Photo frame in a lovely presentation box and carefully packed for transit. The silver frame is beautiful and was a reasonable price for the quality. Website easy to navigate.

Neptune in Hailsham offers a truly delightful experience. The staff, including Shannon, Katy, Katie, and Rachael, are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always greet you with a smile. The showroom is beautifully presented, and both the in-store and delivery services stand out in professionalism. It's a pleasure visiting Neptune, where you even get offered tea or coffee during your visit. Overall, a lovely place to shop with excellent customer service.

Shannan from your Hailsham store was incredibly helpful with choosing paints! She suggested I be brave and chose some darker colours to sample! She was very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to be served by her! I’ll be back very soon!

First visit to Neptune Hailsham - what a lovely place. Was welcomed and served by Lucy who was very welcoming and professional and left me to browse at my leisure with no pressure, but available to chat and answer questions if I needed anything. An asset to your team. Will be back and recommend to my friends and family.

Love this piece of furniture. It fits perfectly beside my bed. The two different size draws work well for me. I have changed the the knobs to match other furniture in the room. I felt the chrome button knobs it came with we're too small for the piece and I had been told it came with black bronze knobs! All in all very happy.

I was impressed with every contact, from visiting the wonderful shop in Hailsham, the staff were so charming and helpful, taking time sourcing wood samples. Similarly, the delivery men couldn't have more professional.
I am delighted with my table, it's beautifully made and enhances the room perfectly.

I visited the Hailsham store wanting to buy some faux foliage for a vase. The staff asked if they could help and showed me different foliage ideas. This was so helpful seeing the different options, and I left very happy having bought what they suggested. I visit this store often and always find the staff so helpful, greeting you with a cuppa and letting you browse for as long as you want with no pressure!

Hailsham is in my opinion the best Neptune store I have visited (of many!) ALWAYS super friendly reception and can't do enough to help. They just know when you want to browse on your own, and when you feel you could do with some help. Can't rate them highly enough. I have recommended to many friends over the years

Lucy, Lottie and Pippa were really welcoming and allowed me to browse at my leisure and even made me a lovely coffee. I could quite happily move in to the store as it is so tastefully put together. I chatted to them about where I live and my closest Neptune store which is in Paris apparently. I chose a gift for my sister which Lucy kindly gift-wrapped. I have told my friends in Hailsham to visit the store for a friendly welcome and a wish-list worthy inventory. When I win the lottery, I'm buying the contents!

Neptune at Hailsham is always a welcoming store. In the past we have purchased furniture and accessories. Today we were served by Shannan and Rachel - a professional and friendly team.

The staff, in particular Lucy and Katy are very welcoming, friendly and helpful always willing to go answer any questions and research any unknown questions; always a pleasure to visit. Thank you
