I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review, truthfully in this instance they don't deserve any stars. In April I visited the York store. I saw a picture in the Norfolk series which I completely fell in love with but when I tried to order it was sold out. The store said if I was prepared to wait (a long time) I could purchase the one in the store. All my relevant details were entered into a notebook. 2 weeks later I rang back (I had my doubts then) just to check they had everything they needed to contact me and was assured they did. Having patiently waited I rang the store a few days ago to be told the picture had gone, my details were crossed out of the book and a voicemail had been left on my phone. I never received any call, message or voicemail and on checking my calls list, missed calls etc there is no trace of the store number or any other number I can't account for. I can only conclude no call was made and the picture was sold to a preferred buyer. Shabby behaviour Neptune.

The two gentlemen who delivered the Neptune furniture were very efficient and informative. They installed the unit and took away the packaging. They explained the warranty and showed us how to adjust the door catches.

It was delivered by Lee and Craig.

I contacted the York store where we had originally purchased some lovely pieces of furniture. We’d had problems with two items and Nicola was so helpful and efficient at resolving the issues. The items were both replaced with no hesitation and I felt like a valued customer instead of feeling disappointed and frustrated which I feel is so often the case these days - excellent customer service is such a rare thing sadly but thank you so much Nicola and Neptune for offering excellent customer service. It’s so refreshing and lovely to see!

Shane and Joe delivered some of our Neptune items this morning and they were two of the most professional, courteous gentlemen you could wish to meet. They were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clearly explained, assembled with care and then taken inside and placed exactly where it needed to be. Their level of service was exceptional; they are a credit to the company. Well done!!

I went to York Neptune this morning (Tuesday 16th June) we had a warm welcome from Suzanne who then went above and beyond to help us with queries on a piece of furniture we were interested in. We also had help from Suzanne’s colleague whose name I didn’t get but she had a blue striped blouse.
They were both charming & also advised on the best way to get to York.
