Lovely product but customer service lets them down. Returned an item but first comment was you are out of time to return- actually you took so long to deliver it only arrived the other day

Helpful in identifying the handles required and promptly ordering them for me

Purchased £400 worth of handles from the York Neptune shop and they are beautiful.

We had a small issue with a return but I have to say this was resolved and I am very happy with the outcome.

Neptune are a very professional company .The sales assistants are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. But really important too, in these times where customer service generally has taken a decline is that all departments are in communication with each other and there is no stress involved x

Fabulous delivery men Mihai and Ninel who delivered and constructed on a bank holiday and had to carry the island some distance to the house.
Not a word of complaint . Worked efficiently and explained how to adjust height etc.

Wonderful experience with Neptune York. John and the team did a superb job and I absolutely love my new kitchen, utility and pantry. Great communication throughout and very good project management - all delivered and fitted on time with impressive attention to detail. Worth every penny!

Had a fault to a wash bowl which was purchased quite a long while ago.rang them and sent photos they responded immediately and offered a free replacement they could not have been more efficient or friendly

I am delighted with the Shoreditch dining chairs. The quality is excellent and the look is perfect with my dining table and oak floor.

Extremely disappointed with the service. We called yesterday and spoke to Hannah to reserve a rug and told them we would come in to collect today. We made the 90 minute round trip with my 7 month and 3 year old only for them to have sold it. Their excuse was that they can’t reserve a sale item, so why tell us that you can? You also knew our daughter was unwell which is why we came in today as she was too unwell to travel yesterday.

Do not tell a customer that you will reserve an item when you won’t .The common curtesy would be to tell us that it’s been sold or be truthful and say you are unable to reserve an item in the first place.

Seems like a bargain basement shop, you can’t have such high price tags with poor customer services that lie to you.

Would never shop here again.

Great service, having confirmed the delivery date - the kitchen units arrived on time - off loaded and stacked neatly and safely ready for installation. Neptune have been extremely easy to deal with from our initial consultation, through the design stage, right through to delivery - highly recommend them if you are looking for a high end kitchen - that is good value and of high quality.
